“Chris, help me get her to the couch!” Michelle panicked. Chris suddenly forgot his rant and cautiously lifted me to the couch.

“Danni?” his hands were on either side of my face hold my head so I was looking at him. “Danni, talk to me” he commanded.

“I’m fine” I struggled to get the words out as I sat up. “Shells could you get me Aspirin?” my head was still pounding. She nodded her head then walked out of the room.

“What happened to you Danni?” Chris shook his head I didn’t know if it was a rhetorical question or not so I hugged Chris tightly.

“Chris I am so sorry!” I whispered into his ear. “I never meant to hurt you or Michelle”

“I know you didn’t” he wrapped his arms around me tighter. “I’m so glad you’re okay!” he whispered back to me. After taking the Aspirin my friends decided to drop the subject and let me get some sleep.

I woke up from my sleep about 4 hours later. Before I walked out into the living room I heard Chris and Michelle’s voices, they were talking about me.

“Do you believe her?” Chris asked Michelle.

“I don’t know” she replied “Everything was fine before the party, and she had been acting any different at home”

“What about the dog bite?”

“What about it?”

“Do you believe her?” he asked again. Michelle was quiet. “Something’s different about her” he sighed. I couldn’t stand listening to them anymore, but I knew I couldn’t face them. I crawled back into my bed and stared at the ceiling tightening my fists into balls.

“Ow” I whispered looking down at my fists. Rowen had been right about one thing, I didn’t know my own strength. I looked at my bloody palms and could see where my fingernails had dug into my skin. Surprisingly it didn’t hurt to bad. I grabbed a towel and whipped my hands off then took an old T-shirt and ripped 2 rags out of it (Again not knowing my strength tarring the shirt felt like ripping paper) I tied the rags around my palms and tied them tight to stop the bleeding. Great how am I going to explain this one! I thought as I heard the TV turn on out in the living room. I laid back down and surprisingly enough I feel asleep again, but this was not a peaceful sleep.

I walked through my front door and found everything covered in blood. I looked around for the source of all the blood; I ran to my room for some reason. I screamed as I saw Chris and Michelle hanging from my ceiling; blood dripping down their bodies. I wanted to look away but I couldn’t; the nooses around their necks had made their faces blue from cutting off the circulation.

“Danielle! Danni wake up!” Michelle screamed at me. I opened my eyes immediately and saw Michelle hovering above me and Chris standing behind looking scared. I took one look at there faces and threw Michelle out of the way as I vomited on the floor.

“Oh my god” Michelle pulled my hair back “Chris, quick get me a warm wash cloth!” she yelled at him. He ran out of the room while I still hung my head over the edge of the bed breathing heavily.
