            Dustin, Cody, and I were on the beach, the day before the fair. “so, what kind of rides, are there?” Cody asked.

            “All kind’s, there’s roller coaster, the tea cup, fairs wheel,” I answered, with excitement.

            “Yeah, remember we promised, we would take my sister one day, my mom won’t let me forget that,” Dustin told me.

            “Yeah, I know, we should all four go, we would have a lot of fun,” I said.

            I hadn’t really told Dustin, about everything that happened between Cody and I. I knew I had hurt him; I didn’t want to hurt him anymore. I laid down, and looked up at the sky, day dreaming about the fair. Like every other year, we would go on every ride, more then five times. The corn dogs, the funnel cakes, the cotton candy, I could taste it already. I sat up, I needed some water, “I'm gonna go get something to drink, anybody want anything?” I asked, while Dustin looked at me, with a look that said I have no money. “I'm buying!”

            “Yeah a water, hunnie” Dustin, answered.

            “You want anything Cody,” I asked.

            “Umm, ill take water, here a five,” he answered handing me money.

            “No I got it, you can pay me back at the fair,” I said walking over to the beach stand.

I didn’t know what, Cody and Dustin were talking about, as I got water, but I knew it wasn’t me, because anytime Dustin starts talking about me, his face turns a pinkish color.  When the boy, behind the counter, handed me the three waters, I walked back over to where, we were sitting, and gave them their water’s. I took a sip, and it felt so refreshing. I laid, back down, but Dustin was in the way of the sun, I asked him to move, and ok I told him to move. He moved to the other side of me, I laid there, listening to them talk about video games. Half of what they said, I didn’t understand, or had not ever heard of. After about a half an hour of hearing about some random game or power, I had never heard of I said, “Damn you two are the biggest dork, I have ever met.”

“Buy you love the dorkness, and you know it,” Cody said.

“Ok, I guess I do, but that’s not the point,” I told them sitting up slightly.

“Well, baby how could you not love the dorkness, after all you are dating a dork,” Dustin, said smiling at me.

“Yeah, well, then you must be the biggest dork of them all,” I said teasingly.

“Ha-ha, very funny sweetie,” he said followed by a fake laugh.

I laid back down, and tried to ignore their convocation, about dragons, or whatever they were talking about, I tried thinking about the fair, I couldn’t wait any longer, I need it here, I need to go on the roller coaster, scream my head off, that’s what I need, I needs to be able to spend other peoples money that they owe me. The main thing I need is, for Cody and me to talk. We hadn’t sat down and talked about the kisses, he had had when Dustin wasn’t around. I need to know how he feels; I'm not the type of person, who likes to hurt people. I hadn’t really know Cody, that long, but he seemed like a great guy. I started drifting off to sleep, until, I had water, all over my body. I screamed. “See I told you she would wake up, if you threw water on her” I heard Dustin’s voice say.

“You better run Dustin!” I yelled.

“Oh really, but I didn’t get you wet,” he said.

“I don’t care, you made him do it,” I said, jumping up and running towards Dustin, I heard Cody laughing. “I yelled, your next Cody, so I would be laughing.”

I jumped on Dustin, back as he ran away, he laughed. I kissed his neck, he let out a sigh, “you better not do that to Cody,” he whispered.

“Don’t worry I wont,” I whispered back.

            Dustin turned around, and headed back to where the blanket was; he sat me down and laid his body on top of mine. I giggled. Dustin smiled at me, damn I love this smile, I thought to myself. “Do you want to go get some dinner?” I asked.

            “Sure,” he answered.

            “Well, lets go then, I need a burger. “

            As I picked up the blanket, and the waters, I had bought, a few pieces of trash, Dustin yelled at Cody, “Come on we are going to get some burgers! Get you ass over here!”

            I laughed”wow you are so nice!”

            “I know,” he said, as he put his arms around me and whispered, “I love you,”

            “well, Dustin I love you too,” I said.
