“Cody, I cant, I can’t kiss you, I can’t be with you, I cant, I just can’t…” I said.

            He kissed me again, only with more passion, this time. I pulled our lips apart, but I didn’t want to. “Cody, I cant, I would love to but I have a boyfriend, who is waiting for us. We better go,” I told him.

            “Emi, listen, I know you have a boyfriend, and I would love to be him,” he said.

            I didn’t know what to say, so I didn’t say anything. The rest of the way back to the docks was silent. “Hey, Dustin, is it ready to take out?” I asked, as we got close.

            “Yes, it is,” he answered.

            “I'm totally driving!” proclaimed.

            “Oh, god we are all gonna die,” Dustin, said jokingly.

            “Very funny”

            “Hi, you must be Cody,” Dustin said, putting out his hand for Cody, to shake. Cody, shook it and said, “Yeah, its nice to meet ya.”

            Cody and I climbed in to the boat, as Dustin untied, us from the dock. I started to boat, Dustin hopped in, and sat down in the back, Cody, was on the side, and I was driving. I got us out to the middle of the lake, and asked, “Who’s going first?”

            “I’ll, go,” Dustin, answered.

            He got on the lift vest, and grabbed the wake board; he jumped in to the water, and yell, “Damn its cold!”

            I laughed, well get over it” I yelled back.

            “I can’t wait to see you get in here, and see how you like with when I say, just get over it!” he laughed.

            I giggled, I threw the rope out to him, Cody, looked over at me, with his beautiful, eyes. I sat back down, and yelled “ready?”

            “Yeah,” he answered.

            I started and he got, up. I drove around for a while, until he let go, he got tired. I turned the boat around to pick, him up. He took off the wakeboard, and threw it up, on to the boat Cody, caught it. He hopped up after it. “That was amazing!” he said exhausted. “Who’s turn now?” he asked trying to get this breath back.

            “I'm not going, I'm way too tired, I got no sleep last night,” Cody, said.

            “I'm not going to go wakeboarding, ill go tubing,” I said.

            “Ok, lets do that then, Cody… would you drive the boat while, her and I go tubing?” he asked.

            “Sure,” he answered.

            He stood up; I showed him how to drive it, a little, just so that he would be able to get us around in the tube. Dustin, jumped off in to the tube, then I jumped off the boat, and on to the tube. When Dustin and I were ready, he took; off it was fun, because I this was the first time, in a long time, Dustin and I had been on the tube together, for a long time. Soon, Dustin, did a flip in to the water from the tube, and I just dove in. Cody drove the boat around and let us back in.

            We didn’t want to go back in yet, so I laid on the front of the boat, tanned, while Cody and Dustin sat back there, and talked, about sports, love, me, school, summer, everything under the planet. Maybe they would be friends after all.
