I just stood there, blinking at the fictional night mare scene in front of me. My hands shook like an involuntary seizure attacking my torso.

The woman in front of me watched with gleeful eyes with her finger calling me forward, which with each movement let out a warning sign in my head.

Her long blonde hair reached the tips of her lower back. The smile glued to her face would seem friendly to a normal person, but to someone who looks into the depper end of things, like myself, would be able to see the dark shadows hanging over her shoulders.

I just kept staring, refusing the invitation from the stranger behind the door and i would not let myself get sucked in.

Moments passed which seemed like eternity and slowly, the woman starting fading, disintigrating into the night. The smile left her face and instead a straight line took its place. It was an expression of disappointment and anger, which filled me with even more fear than what had been shown in the smile moments before. Blinking, the door and mysterious woman had vanished. The silence that followed screamed in my ears loudly. No chirping from the crickets, or brushing of the trees in the wind could be heard.

I took me approximately 130 seconds to move my feet again and when i did, i ran inside and hid under the covers of my bed. I stayed like that for hours on end and did not know when i finally had fallen into a restless slumber.

But little did i know that that night, would change my life forever and little did i know that nothing would be the same again.
