Dear Diary:

I got you a few years ago but I never really had a use for you.I was 10.Nothing was going on in my life then.Well now i'm 14 and my life is going horribly.I had to go to the docter the other day because my mom thought something was wrong with me.I never talk to her.I stay locked in my room listening to music the whole time.The only time she sees me is if she is taking me to school or I come out to get something to eat or drink.Which isn't very often.When i was at the docter they did a physical and found nothing wrong with me.They also told my aunt that i needed counseling because they think I'm depressed.For two years now I have been depressed and my mother found out.My docter who a rarely see found that out in one visit which was an hour long.My aunt still hasn't called the counsling office to set up an appointment.I geuss she thinks I'll get over it.But i don't think I will.I also have a bruise on my arm from i don't know what.My mom saw it and freaked out.She started asking questions like"did your friends do this to you" or "did your ex-boyfriend hit you again".I told her I didn't know where it came from and she called me a liar but she left it alone.When she brought up my ex it kinda hurt.He used to hit me if i did something wrong and he tried to get me to have sex.I didn't of course but when I refused he hit me harder.I finally had enough and went to the police.Most people say that when your in a position like that it's hard to tell someone because you're afraid you'll lose the love of your life forever.Well for me it wasn't hard at all.All I wanted was to be happy again>Which I knew was not going to happen with him.Now i'm single and not really looking for anybody but if someone comes along and catches my eye that I might give it a try.

Well my just got home and if she sees me writing she'll ask me to see what I wrote and then we will get into a fight like we always do.She says "it's my house my rules. and ill say "i dont give a damn.maybe when you wake up I won't be here."But she knows I would never leave.I have nowhere else to go.
