  Karsea stood at the edge of a cliff and looked down to see the water thunder against the towering wall of rock.  The wind swept her dark hair in her face and strands caught to her wet cheek.

  "Think how easy it would be, " she said to herself, " just to jump and end this life."  She kicked a rock and watched it plumit into the water.

She took a deep breath and closed her eyes.  She spread her arms wide and leaned forward.

 

Sorry its so short. I must have 6+ for next chapter.

lovehungercree To all my readers, Since everyone has said it was too short, I have revised it and made it longer. Please check out my proflie for the revised chapter and please tell me if you think it's better.
