Alicia started walking back home and thinking of how stupid she was the night before. Then all of a sudden a car pulled up beside her. A guy let the window down. And sitting in the car on the driver side was........
Alicia stopped and looked into the car. "Rodney", Alicia asks? "Yeah, can we talk", asks Rodney? Alicia started back walking. Rodney start driving beside her. "We have nothing to talk about", says Alicia. "Why haven't you been answering your phone", asks Rodney. "Because I heard about your little bet", says Alicia. "Oh you heard, Alicia I'm so sorry about that", says Rodney. "How could you bet on something like that", asks Alicia. "Alicia, I don't know what I was thinking", says Rodney. Alicia stopped and looked at Rodney. "You do know what you were thinking", says Alicia. Rodney gets out of his car and walks over to Alicia trying to hug her. "Don't touch me", says Alicia. "I was a jerk, please forgive me", says Rodney. "Yeah you were, and I hate you too", says Alicia as she starts back walking. Rodney runs up behind her and grabs her waist. "Me too, who is the other person", asks Rodney? "Terrence, and for the record Rodney, I'm not easy", says Alicia as she moves Rodney's hands from her waist. She starts running home without looking back.
Two weeks go by and Alicia starts to feel sick. She was vommiting a lot and having heartburns. She missed a lot of days from school. Here cellphone ranged non-stop. It was Rodney. Everytime she saw his name, she would press IGNORE. She eventually turned it off.
KNOCK-KNOCK
"Come in", says Alicia in a low and slow way. Alicia's mother walks in with another bowl of chicken noodle soup. That's Alicia's fourth bowl today. "Hey Pookie, how do you feel now", asks Alicia's mom? "Mom you've been coming in here twenty times and asking me the same question, and I give you the same answer, not so good", says Alicia. "Okay Pookie, well here's another bowl of chicken noodle soup", says Alicia's mom. "Mom, stop calling me that", yell Alicia! "Sorry Alicia, well do you want the soup", asks her mom? "No thanks", says Alicia. Then she jumps out of the bed and runs into the bathroom. She was vommiting again from the smell of the soup. Alicia's mother starts thinking of what couple be wrong. "Alicia get dressed, I'm taking you to the doctor", says her mother. Alicia walked out of the bathroom and slid her feet into her bedroom slippers and she wrapped her blanket around her. She walked downstairs and walked to the front door. Her brother was downstairs watching television. She glanced at him and rolled her eyes. Alicia's mom rushed out of the kitchen with her purse. "Okay Terrence, I'm taking your sister to the doctor, are you coming", says her mother. "No thanks", says Terrence. Alicia and her mom walked out to the car and got in. Her mother buckled up, so did Alicia. And her mother drove off.
They arrived to the doctor office and the doctor's office was full of sick kids and pregnant women. Alicia started having a funny feeling. She kind of had a feeling of what could be wrong with her.
"Now Mrs. Alicia want seems to be wrong", asks Dr. Kemble. "I having heartburns a lot and I also been wommiting", explains Alicia. Another nurse came in and gave Alicia a blood test. Dr. Kemble started giving her the regular check-up. He checked her tempeture(spelled wrong) and stuff.
The doctor walked back into the room. "Doc, what's wrong with me", asks Alicia. The doctor opens his mouth to speak...........
