“So this is it” sighed Claire as she looked around at her surroundings. Claire is an average looking girl with long blonde hair and green eyes. She has a little shape to her body and wears clothes that suit her that are also not too revealing. She has recently moved to the area and it was her first day at her new school.
“Outta the way” yelled someone as a group of girls and guys pushed past her to get into the main building. She let them past and then she continued to look around the school grounds. Sitting under the trees were a group of oddly dressed girls and guys wearing glasses playing with lap tops and other high-tech gadgets.
“The nerds” she murmured under her breath. She looked over to the basketball courts and saw a group of guys shooting hoops, all of them were extremely sexy and her heart gave a flutter as one of the guys glanced her way and gave her a smile. “Wow” she whispered. She looked over to the main stairs and saw an extremely gorgeous couple ascending them, their arms wrapped around each other, they stopped at the top of the stairs to kiss each other quite passionately. The bell rang and they stopped kissing and walked inside the building, arms still wrapped around each other.
Claire entered the building and was looking for the office as that is where she was told to go first so they could sort out her classes. She wandered down the hallway hoping to find the office straightaway but didn’t.
“Excuse me” she said to a girl with dark hair, eyes and skin that was passing her “Do you know where the office is?.”
“Its right over there” the girl replied as she pointed down the long hallway, “Last door on the left” she finished with a smile.
“Thanks” said Claire as she went to walk down the hallway but the girl stopped her, “By the way, my name’s Jenna” she said.
“It’s nice to meet you Jenna, I’m Claire” said Claire as she extended her hand to Jenna, which Jenna shook friendlily.
“What year are you in?” asked Jenna.
“Ten” replied Claire.
“Same” said Jenna “Hope I’m some classes with you.”
“Yeah” said Claire “Well I’d better go now.”
“Yeah, I don’t wanna be late for roll call, bye” said Jenna.
“Bye” said Claire as they took off in opposite directions.

Claire had been in and out of the office in a surprisingly quick time and she was all set with her timetable for the day. Her first class was English - a subject that she enjoyed and did well at - which was in a classroom right near the back of the school. She was one of the first to arrive and just saw the gorgeous couple she noticed earlier in the morning exchanging their sad goodbyes as they obviously weren’t in the same class that period.
“Oh Dave I’m gonna miss you” said the girl - who had an extremely curvaceous body, large light brown curls and huge red lips - as she wrapped her arms around the boys neck.
“I’m gonna miss you more” said the boy as he kissed her cheek and stroked her hair “But it’s only 50 minutes until we see each other again.”
“I know, but I’ll still miss you” said the girl, sadly.
“I’ll miss you too baby but I have to go or I’ll be late for class, okay?” he said as they broke apart and stared deeply into each others eyes for a few seconds before kissing passionately. They then hugged quickly and the boy rushed off.
Claire walked closer to the classroom, at the door of which the gorgeous girl was getting a tissue out of her bag.
“Oh, hi” she said to Claire “I haven’t seen you around before, are you new?” she asked as she blew her nose.
“Yeah, I’m new, just moved here on the weekend” said Claire “Are you alright, you seem quite sad.”
“Yeah I’m fine, I’m always like this when I have to leave Dave’s side” said the girl “Oh, and my name’s Julianna.”
“Nice to meet you, I’m Claire” said Claire “I guess we’re first here.”
“Yup” said Julianna, who wasn’t as sad as before.
The rest of the class started to arrive and Claire was happy to find that she was in the same class as Jenna.
“Hi Jenna” called Claire as she rushed over to her.
“Oh, hi Claire” said Jenna “Group, this is Claire, she’s new” said Jenna to the group of girls and guys that were standing near her.
“Claire this is Jaime” said Jenna as she pointed to a dark skinned boy, with cornrows and baggy pants, who was listening to a Discman who merely nodded.
“Olivia” she said as she pointed to a girl with short blonde hair and brightly coloured clothing.
“Suki” she said as she pointed to the small Asian girl Olivia was talking to.
“Frankie” she said as she pointed to a dark haired guy whom she noticed from the basketball game as the guy who had smiled at her, Claire started to blush as Frankie held out his hand.
“Hi, I’m Frankie, its sooo great to meet you Claire” he said as he kissed Claire’s and hand and she turned redder still.
“He’s Italian of course” said Jenna as she rolled her eyes “And over here are Sarita and Gavin” as she pointed to a couple, who were looking very cosy and not taking any notice of Claire.
“Well that’s my group” said Jenna “Oh here comes the teacher, Ms Nolan.”
They entered the classroom and everyone immediately went to their usual seats and Claire was looking a little bit lost.
“Come sit here next to me” yelled Jenna from the end of a row of seats at the back of the room, so she did “Why would I leave you nigeled on your very first day?” asked Jenna with a smile.
Claire walked up to the back of the room and sat in the seat that Jenna had indicated to her and found herself sitting next to Frankie. The teacher was calling the roll but was finding it hard seeing that everyone was talking about the weekend and couldn’t hear what the teacher was saying.
“So Claire” said Frankie as he turned around to look at Claire “Tell me something about you.”
“Um, er” stammered Claire as Frankie continued to stare at her with his deep brown eyes and a smile playing at the corners of his mouth.
“I’m not that scary that I’ve rendered you speechless am I?” he asked with a laugh.
“Er, no” replied Claire with a feeble laugh.
“Claire” whispered Jenna as she poked her arm “The teacher’s calling your name.”
“Oh” she said to Jenna “Here” she yelled audibly to the teacher.
Meanwhile at the front of the classroom Julianna and her group of girls were gossiping about Claire.
“Wonder why she came here far into the school year” said one of the girls.
“She probably got kicked out of her old school for being indecent” said another girl “I mean look at what she’s wearing” the girl continued as they all glanced towards Claire who was wearing a flared denim skirt that came just above the knee, a pair of white, flat shoes, a plain blue t-shirt and a white jacket.
“What a slut” said one of the girls and they all burst out laughing, but their laughter was twinged with jealousy.
At the back of the classroom Suki, Olivia and Sarita were also discussing Claire.
“I don’t like the look of the new girl” said Suki “She looks as thought she thinks she’s higher than everyone else.”
“Yeah, I mean look at the look she has on her face, it’s all ‘I’m soo better than everyone else’” said Sarita as they all glanced towards Claire who was sitting in between Frankie and Jenna and looking around the classroom.
“Ha, she’s sooo stuck up that she’s not even talking to Frankie and Jenna” said Olivia “What did they do to her?.”
“Nothing, nothing at all” said Suki “The little bitch” she continued as she stood up “I’m gonna show her who’s boss.”
“No Suki” cried Olivia as she grabbed her arm “Don’t hurt her…yet.”
