At lunch the next day, Hannah (Squires) remembered that she didn't have any money. She went up to the regular line, but all they had there was watery mashed potatoes and tough chicken nuggets. Knowing that she HAD to eat she asked Sarah for some money...again.

"Hey Sarah? Can I borrow 50 cents to get a snack mix from the cash bar?"

"Umm, sure. Hang on." Sarah unwillingly reached down into her purse and got out her wallet. It was losing weight fast not only because of herself buying things, but because of Hannah too. Hannah had asked her for money almost every day for the past week and a half. Usually only 50 cents but sometimes for a dollar.

"Thanks. I'll pay you back soon."

"Yeah. All $7.50 of it?"

"What?" said Hannah confussed.

"You've been borowing money from me a lot so I decided to keep track of it. Now your dept is up to $7.50. I expect you to pay it all back."

"Oh. Ok." Hannah replied disbelieving.

Sarah sat down to eat her lunch. Luckily she had gotten chicken nuggets that weren't that hard. When everyone else sat down she started to talk. Her friends knew that Sarah was lending her money and frequently they asked how much she owed her.

"So how much is it now?" asked Simone

"$7 and 50 cents." replied Sarah

"Omg Sarah! Stop giving her money!" said Hannah B.

"Yeah if she can't pay for herself don't pay for her!" said Maggie.

"Don't worry. I don't think she'll ask for money again after this."

"She better not or I'll cuss that bitch out!" muttered Michelle under her breath

"Michelle!!!" exclaimed Sarah "I thought you liked her!"

"She's annoying! And when she tries to fit in...it just looks WRONG!"

Everyone laughed at that. And when Hannah came back to the lunch table everyone got quiet.
