It was the day of the meeting and Uncle Tony had me and my crew arrive at the warehouse 30 minutes early.  I was'nt sure why at first until we did a search.  It seemed like every family arrived the night before and left some presents around.  Ranging from tommy guns to pistols, a crate of knives and even a few pipe bombs.  I guess everyone was expecting the same thing, FIREWORKS.  After we did our search we sat at the head of the table.  Of course Uncle Tony was at the ened and I was at his side.  It was kind of hard telling aunt Milly why we came to the city and shut down the garage today because Uncle Tony said we where taking in a game and it was Feburary but she didnt question us at all.

After what semed like forever other families started arriving.  We had a gun check at the door but im pretty sure at lease one person from every family had at lease one gun on them.  Uncle Tony called it the "IN CASE GUN", I asked why it was called that and he told me in case he gets shot some one better have a gun to shot back go figure.  I was holder of or in case gun but it wasn't on me.  A holder was attached at the bottom of the table with the gun in it.  Pointing at the other end of the table.  Thats where the Davinci's sat.  The Davincis where our biggest rival.. They ran Jersey and not just part of it when I say Jersey I mean Jersey.  Once one of our drivers got lost and ended up in Jersy well lets just say Uncle Tony sent  a nice message back by having one of there family swimming with the fish.

As the last and smallest family arrived the meeting began.  After an hour of argueing and the Davincis leaving Uncle Tony got every one to calm down.  He explained that the police where not as easy to buy out any more and that they where cracking down on all of our opperations and it was time for the families to unite to survive.  This of course started another arguement because even agreed about uniting but no one agreed about who was going to run everything.  That was until Uncle stood up and told everyone to shut up.  I remember clearly "Shut up!  Im gonna tell yous who is gonna run everything.  Its gonna be me and if anybody has a problem with that then my nephew Vinnie here will take ya outback."  I was scared did he really say that.  Me take people out back.  I had to show no fear and apparently I did a good job because nobody and I mean nobody stood up or said a word.  They all just looked at Tony then me then back to Tony.

Aftetr that whole mess uncle Tony broke it down to who was running what.  Every family had new jobs from running bets, scams and robberies.  They where all divided.  The money was all broken down and the Johnsons took the highest cut at 20 percent off the top then the other ten families split the other 80.  They didnt like this at first but when they realied Uncle Tony was talking about the entire operation most of them realized they would be making more money.  Me my job wasnt just one operation.  I was numbr two, thats right at my young age I was Uncle Tony's right hand man.  I knew everything that was going to happen before it happened and if it didnt go right then that family had to deal with me. 

I was becoming a new man.  I was a watcher of 11 families.  I was becoming a cold hearted killer.  I was becoming my Uncle Tony.
