May 17th, 1999

Dear Diary,

Hello again. I was actually able to eat today. I had french toast bacon and a bagel with cream cheese. I never thought hospital food would taste that good in my whole life. I can't wait to get out of here. I want to get out and go to school again. I miss all of my friends. I wonder what they would say to me. I'm surprised my mother hasn't shown up yet. Since I've been in here she has been glued to my side. I have to force her out the door at night. Well I will talk to you later diary I am going to relax and watch some tv. These pain killers are making me feel good. I kinda like it.

Later.....

 I'm back. I didn't get to watch much tv before ma showed up. Surprisingly my sister was with her. I was surprised she didn't say anthing mean. Normally she is a bitch. She didnt even call me stupid once or said this is all your fault. How could make mom so upset. You know the big sis blaming everything on the little sister nothing is ever her fault. Well this is defenitly not her fault but you know what I mean. Uncle Robert says I might be able to get out tomorrow or the next day. He says I shouldnt start school right away but everyone knows I am. Well its getting pretty late and these pain killers got me kinda tired so Im gonna get going to bed. I will talk to you some more tomorrow.

May 18th, 1999

Dear Diary,

I'm back. Hope you didnt miss me too much. I'm sure I'm probably get on your nerves by now. Uncle Robert said I can go home tonight if all my labs are ok. I hope they are. My mom left to get some real food instead of this hospital food. She is bringing me some back. I hope she gets Mc. Donalds or something good like that. What I really want is Chilis ribs those are my favorite. Mom says they are too expensive though. Go figure! Middle class life sucks. I wish I was rich. Maybe I will marry a rich man some day when I grow up. Who knows?

Well uncle Robert says my labs are ok. So I guess I get to go home. I can't wait to start school tomorrow. I will be so glad to be back. I never thought that would happen. Normally I hate school. I'm sure mom is going to try to talk me out of it. Oh yea the cops told me that they got the guys but they let them go because they didnt have enough proof what kind of shit is that? How much more PROOF do they need? I just hope they don't find me.

Well its time for me to skip out of this joint. I will talk to you some more before I go to bed.

Later that night......

Hello Diary I am back. Mom made meatloaf and mashed potatos with corn for dinner. When I walked in my family had balloons and a banner that said "Welcome Home." It was sweet. We sat and talked for awhile and everyone was treating me like I was some kind of psych patient like I thought they would. Just like I thought my mom and everyone else is trying to talk me out of going to school tomorrow. It's not going to work though. Well I am going to head to bed now goodnight my friend.
