 The doctor walked over to the recovery room to check on Francine. When he had gotten into the room, Francine had awakened. She tried to sit up but it hurt to bad, So she just laid there. She looked at the doctor.

"Uncle Robert?" She said wondering when he came back to town.

"Yes Francine its me." He said trying to get her to calm down and rest.

"Whe Whe When did you come back?" She stuttered a little bit.

"About 3 months ago."

"Why didn't you tell us you were back?" She asked eagerly wanting to know the anwer.

"I didn't want your mother to know I was back. I thought she was still mad at me." He said with disappointment.

"Oh I see." She told her uncle in the most understanding voice she could muster.

"Were you the one who saved me?" She asked.

"Yes." He said not looking at her.

"Thank you. You were not allowed to do that." She said in a concerned voice.

"I know but nobody knew you were family. The only ones who knew were the ones who were helping me. When they found out it was too late to stop." He told her trying to reassure her everything was going to be ok.

"What if they find out Uncle Robert? You could lose your job." She said in a rush.

"Shhh not so loud." He told her. "They won't find out unless one of the assistants say something."

"What makes you think they won't?" She asked him.

"They have been my assistants for years. We get along great. When I came back to work here they all requested me back. They respect me and I trust them. I don't think they would do something like that to me." He said a little unsure of his statement.

Francine could tell he didn't mean what he said. She could tell he was just as worried about the situation as she was. She just hoped they wouldn't do anything to him. He would have to face the board and she knew it. She just prayed they were forgiving.

"I know you probably dont want to hear this. When you were thrown out of the van you were in you were naked. We need to do a rape kit on you to see if there is any hairs or fluids in your body." He said as slow and delicetly as possible.

"WHAT!" She screamed in fear and anger.

"Don't worry it will be ok."  He said trying to calm her down.

"Yea says you this didn't happen to you did it?" She screamed

"I'm sorry Francine. I will get another doctor to perform the rape kit since I would not feel comfortable doing that."

"Ok if it has to be done."

"I will be right back." He said as he walked out of the room.

 He walked out of the room into the E.R Unit where the other doctors were. Normally there is only one or two doctors on call in the E.R but tonight was rather busy there were three. Luckily for Francine there was a female doctor on staff who could perform the rape kit. He was positive she didn't want anymore men touching her tonight. He walked over to the female doctor.

"Hey Jen?" He said in a whisper while tapping her on the shoulder.

"Yes Robert." She said a little flirty.

 She found Robert attractive and he found her beautiful. He was too afraid to make a move and so was she. So they just flirted on occasion.

"I need you to perform a rape kit on the young woman who came in with a gunsshot wound."

"Of course she replied."

"Thank you." He said gratefully.

"No prob."

 Jenn grabbed a rape kit and followed Robery into the recovery room where Francine was recovering. Francine heard the door opened and looked at her uncle with the attractive female doctor. Then she looked in her hand and saw the rape kit. In an instinct to fear Francine closed her legs as tightly as she could.
