So, you guys, you should all know the story about Kendra0066, who originally claimed that xHickChick987x stole her story "I Wonder" and then said that Loveandhate04 also stole one of her stories. But then she did something very stupid and deleted that account, and decided to go by XHickChick987x, posing as xHickChick987x.

How sad that this happen. A girl so desperate to be popular on this site stole from a terrific writer. She probably figured she wasn't getting any decent rates with her stories, so she stole one of the most popular stories on here. It's sad that this was all because she want popularity and rates.

Beware everyone out there, for you never know if this will happen to you next.

I have been a member of this site for over a year, and I remember being happy to just get at least 5-7 rates on a story! But now everyone out there iis like "I want this many rates before I post the next chapter!" Or they get upset when they don't have as many as they did at one point.

I'll admit, I was and partially am one of those who crave the rates mercilessly, but I think it needs to stop. You need to just write for yourself, have fun with it. Because if you have fun with it, your writings actually turn out a lot better.

So now personally, I am going to write short stories more often, since writing regular stories can be quite daunting, and I don't want to feel like I have to beg you guys for the votes.

Also on voting... I think that it's disrespectful that you want to be kept posted on someone's story, or like and read it, but don't rate it. Seriously, wtf is up with that? Us writers put hard work into it, and if you like it, you should do the respectful thing and rate the story. It gives us a boost of confidence, and helps us make the stories/ chapters you read better.

So to everyone, just beware of the girl mentioned earlier. I don't want this to happen to anyone else on her. I love you all, even though I don't know you personally. We here on this site are like a family, watching out for each other. So please don't be stupid, it just ruins the site. This site is for you to share your imagination, and to help boost your writing skills. If you ever need help, ask some of us who have been on here for a while. If you took the time, there are a few of us who I know who would be willing to help, me included.

I hope you enjoyed this little rant of mine! I love to hear what you guys think, and I love your comments! They mean a lot to me. I enjoy causing a fuss (in a good way) and making people actually tell their feelings. lol. I'm sorry if I offended anyone in anyway, and keep reading/ writing, and so forth! :D

	agree with you 100 percent, i write on testriffic because it is a way for me to keep track of my writting i dont want my fsmily who use my lab top to see, not that ir's anything bad but i just right for the sake of writting, and i'm just fine with that, it is common sence to rate a story you like, and also that is an important confadent boost. absolutly correct, o_O

	how could someone steal a story and expect to get away with it? and, why for points? if its something they didnt come up with, how can they be satisfied with there points? if someone is giving them points, dont they know that there giving the vote to the writer of the story, which is not them? this just baffles me that people think like this.
