Tragedy Created on 2-22-08 Views(61) Story Rating G

All of a sudden, Frank charged at Patricia, thrusting the knife forward in an attempt to stab his wife.

However, she rolled her way off of the couch, leaving Frank gashing a hole in the furniture. Pat stumbled to her feet as Frank attempted to retrieve the knife from the couch.

Eventually getting the knife free from the couch's springs, he ran after Pat whom had already gotten Brandon beside the front door  and was trying to unlock it. Sh had just gotten the top latch undone when Frank came over to stop her.

He turned her around and slapped her across her fae. He lifted the knife, ready to thrust it into her when she fell over from the slap to her face.

Unaware that was falling, he continued to stab and failed by forcing the knife into the dorr. The dorr, made of wood, stopped the knife and sent it tumbling to the ground at Patricia's feet.

However, she ignored theknife and jumped to her feet. She ran frantically with Brandn towards the back door.

Frank looked up to see his wife bursting down the hallway and knew that she was trying to get away trough the door out back.

Determined to get his way, he chased after her, leaving the knife in the living room floor. He caught her before she reached the back door with their son.

Angrier than he'd ever been, Frank grabbed his wife by her shoulders and shoved her into their bedroom.

"Frank, please don't do this!", Pat pleaded as he carefully approached her. "Don't tell me what to do, Pat!", he began, "How many times do I have to tell you that I hate having someoe tell me what to do all the time?!" "I'm so sorry", she apologized, "I'm sorry! I guess I just-" "Shut up, Pat! I don't want to hearit anymore! You had your chance to prove to me that you were agoing to be a good wife and you FAILED!"

"No, Frank, please! I'll do better! I will! I'll be the wife you always wanted. Just let me.."

"NO PAT! You had your chance and it's over now!!"

Just then, Brandon ran into the room, sobbing and pleading with his father to stop harming his mother.

Ignoring the desperate cries of his young son, Frank leapt at his wife, tackling her into his glass gun case filled with many weapons and his entire collection of hunting gear.

The numerous guns clanked against each other on the ground and the glass shattered to the floor.

Patricia, bleeding from the broken glass, reached up and moved some of the guns that had falled on her. She carefully tried to remove them from her chest and legs, fearful that she may run into a loaded gun and it may go off right on top of her.

Frank had ended up lying in front of the dresser after tackling Pat into his collection of guns and knives. He glanced up to see his wife almost to he feet and exclaimed, "Oh no you don't, Pat!!"

She looked up to see Frank coming towards her, walking across the knives and guns on the floor. Suddenly, as he was strolling on top of them, one went off.
