He rolled over and kissed Libby gently on the forehead as a loud cry came out. "LIBBY!! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!", Tonya cried. Libby and Logan both jumped and Logan hurried to his feet as Libby tried to quickly put her clothes back on. She couldn't explain. At least not then!! It'd ruin everything. "Shut up, Tonya", she kept saying to herself. "Just shut up!!", she prayed. "I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT I'M SEEING!!", Tonya screamed. How long had she been watching? What could she be thinking?? Either way, Logan was NOT happy about Tonya's abrupt interruption and wanted them BOTH to know it!!!!

"Her name is EMILY!!!", Logan screamed at Tonya as he charged towards her, fists clenched and eyes bleeding red. Tonya froze as she watched this giant man stomp towards her, then tower over her head. "Apologize to her!!! TO EMILY!!!!" Tonya's fear went from pulsating to almost non-existant. After all Logan had done to her and her friends, there wasn't much he COULD do to her. Chances are, she was gonna die before she ever reached the hospital. She knew that. What did she have to lose by standing up for herself? Nothing. Absolutely nothing!! And Libby had betrayed her so many times and now she just didn't know what to think!! After all, from what she saw, Libby seemed to be enjoying having Logan on top of her. And she DID hear her tell Logan, "Remember how nervous I used to get". What did that mean?? How long had she been WILLINGLY sleeping with Logan?? Was she in on it???

"I know her better than YOU do, LOGAN!! And her name is LIBBY!!! NOT EMILY!!!!!", Tonya yelled. Logan whipped around to face Libby as if waiting to hear Libby tell Tonya the truth of her identity.. that she was EMILY. Not some Libby. But Libby was so frozen by all that had just happened that she was unable to speak. Completely frozen in fear of what Logan would do to them. How could she possible explain herself?? If she denies being Emily, there's no telling what Logan would do to them!! However, if she denies being Libby, what would Tonya think?! Maybe she could find a way to get her alone just long enough to tell her the truth on the way to the hospital. Either way, she had to say something!! Logan was waiting on her answer.

"I'm sorry, sweetie", she said as she faced Tonya. "But I don't know anyone named Libby. My name is Emily." Logan looked matter-of-factly at Tonya, standing his own ground and almost seemingly waiting for an apology. "What?! You're crazy, Libby!!! What are you trying to do?! Who are you trying to be?! What's with you??? I don't even know you anymore!!" "You've never known me, darlin. Please don't call me Libby. My name, for the second time, is Emily."

"That's right, lil girl, and don't you forget it!!!", Logan stated as he started back to the middle of the room for his clothes. He grabbed his pants off the floor and began to pull them over his large, dusty thighs. "You need to learn how to respect people and their wishes.. And their NAMES!!", Logan muffed. "Isn't that right, Em?" "Yes, Logan. You're right", Libby remarked, trying to mimick Logan's thick country accent. Tonya looked as though she'd hyperventilate from pure bewilderment. The shock was still setting in and she couldn't believe all that she had heard. All that she had seen!!!!

"You need to just finish gettin' your clothes on, Emily. Let's us just get outta here.", Logan smiled as he spoke to Libby. "Uhh, but what about that lil promise you made?", Libby asked, afraid to mention to Tonya what that 'lil promise' was in case Logan decided to go back on his word. "What promise?!", Logan asked, sounding surprised. "You know the promise, darling." Libby crept over to Logan so she could whisper in his ear. "This just keeps getting weirder and weirder!", Tonya said out loud.

"You need to just shut your pretty lil mouth, girl.", Logan steamed. "Logan", Libby whispered softly in his ear, "You promised to take her to the hospital and let her go, remember?" Logan stood still for a while, as if chewing over the entire situation and debating on whether or not it was such a good idea after all. He remained puzzled, which made Libby really nervous as to whether or not he even believed her intentions about making love to him to all. That would be the worst case scenario and she knew that! If he didn't believe her, he was gonna make her and Tonya's life a living hell and she knew it. But, it was the only way she was gonna be able to save Tonya and that's all there is to it!! She knew Tonya's leg was infected and with it's color, may even be fatal if she didn't get her to a hospital and fast!! She had no other choice and she knew it!! She just wished Tonya did.

She'd been through so much trying to save Tonya and Tonya didn't even know it. Letting Logan put his gross, dirty hands on her body and pretending to enjoy it was all she could bear but she'd do it a million times over if it meant saving her best friends life. They'd known each other since kindergarten and she loved Tonya as if she were her real sister and always would, no matter what happened. But she and Tonya had made a pact! They were gonna get outta there and they were gonna get Logan back for everything he'd done to them if it was the last thing they ever did! Libby was gonna keep that promise to Tonya!! She just knew she would!! She just didn't know how!! At least, not yet.

"Well, darling??", Libby asked. "Are we going to let her go so she can get well?!" she asked, trying not to sound impatient. "I don't know, Em. What if she goes to the police afterwards?", Logan asked. "Honey, I don't think she's gonna do that! She just wants to live. And who could blame her? I wouldn't wanna die down here, would you? I think she'll keep quiet if it's so she can live!! I would!!!!!", Libby pleaded, trying to convince Logan that it was the best idea. "Besides, she thinks I'm some girl named Libby. I could just pretned that I am this Libby girl and tell her not to tell the police. She'd listen because she thinks I'm her best friend, Libby.", Libby smiled, hoping Logan was buying it. "Well, maybe you're right, Em. And I don't wanna break a promise I made to ya, so go ahead."

Libby couldn't believe it! He was really gonna let Tonya go and Tonya was gonna be ok, she just knew it!! "Allright, darlin.", Libby smiled as she kissed his cheek and headed over to her best friend. "WAIT!", Logan said. "Don't do it in front of me!! She'll know it's a scam! Wait til I leave.. I'm going now anyways to get yall some more food and water. You can eat when I get back and then we'll take her after you convince her not to go to the police!", Logan stated. "Then it'll just be us", he smiled. "yeah, just us", Libby smiled back. "And you'll be a hero for saving a lil girl's life and you just don't even know how proud I am of you for doing that!" Logan smiled as he started away from Libby and left the two alone.

"What the hell was that?!", Tonya exclaimed to her best friend. "You had sex with him!! You were kissing him and NOW you think you're Emily?! Are you out of your mind?!" "Tonya, I just need to explain to you what happened. You'll understand!!" "No way!! I don't think I'll ever understand the workings of your twisted mind!!", Tonya fumed at her friend. "But it doesn't really matter and I don't really care why you did what you did because my leg is killing me and I think I'm really sick."

Libby went over to her friend who was perspiring heavily and moaning in pain. Her face red, she kept squinting her eyes and holding on to her bleeding, infected leg. Libby put her hand on Tonya's forehead to discover a fever that was completely blistering. Her forehead even burned Libby's hand! "Oh, my goodness!! Tonya, why didn't you say anything before?! You're burning up!! You need  to get to a hospital!", Libby cried as she wiped away her tears. "Yeah, that'd be nice, EMILY or LIBBY or whatever you're calling yourself these days!", Tonya exclaimed sarcastically.

"Tonya, you know me! You know me better than anyone!! You gotta believe I wouldn't have acted like that at all without a damn good reason and trust me, I got one. It's like this.. he was gonna let you go if I just made love to him and pretended to be Emily, which I did. Which I AM!! He was gonna take you to the hospital and drop you off but now, he's having second thoughts cause he thinks you're gonna tell the police. So, I said I'd pretend to be Libby and convince you not to while he left to go get us some food. I just have to convince you NOT to do that so he'll take you to the hospital. You know you have to go!!"

Tonya tried to listen as attentively as she could at this ridiculous story!! True or not, it was so outrageous!! "So, if I promise NOT to go to the police, he's gonna take me to the hospital, drop me off, and let me go?", Tonya asked. "Yes!!!", Libby exclaimed. "It's the only way!!" "And what happens to YOU?!", Tonya asked, the sweat pouring off of her forehead. Libby hung her head done, hoping Tonya wouldn't ask that question. She knew how selfless Tonya was and was afraid she wouldn't go along with it if she knew the truth.

"I'm sure he'll let me go, too.", Libby lied. "I just wanted to take care of YOU first. You're the one who needs to go to the hospital. And I know how Logan feels about Emily! He'd do anything for her!! He'll let me go so I can see you and make sure you're ok. Then I'LL go to the police, tell them everything, and he'll be locked up for good where he can't hurt anyone else." Libby said. She knew that none of it would ever happen, though. But she also knew she needed to comfort her friend and make sure she went to the hospital. The deal was an even trade. Libby for Tonya. Or rather, Emily for Tonya. Tonya goes to the hospital and Libby's forced to go with Logan, ensuring her friend's safety.

She knew that as long as she stayed with Logan, Tonya would be safe from him and so would everyone else. After all, this whole kidnapping thing may have started out as a revenge thing against his twin, but it ended up being a determined man out for the girl of his dreams. It didn't even matter to him that he kinda created her outta someone else and believed it was REALLY his long lost Emily. But, no worries. Tonya wouldn't be holding on to her life right now if it hadn't been for Libby giving her up and helping Logan kidnap her. It didn't matter to Libby that she'd done it to save her own life. The fact of the matter was, Tonya wouldn't have done it to her. Which is why she knew she owed it to Tonya to keep her safe by staying with Logan as long as it took to ensure Tonya's safety. She loved her best friend like a sister. Like a REAL sister and she needed to protect her the way a sister would and she was determined to do just that!!!

"You really think he'll let you come with me?", a hopeful Tonya asked her best friend. "I know he will, Ton. I have NO doubt whatsoever. Pinky swear!! I'll come with you.", Libby lied. "Libby...", Tonya started. Libby looked on at her best friend but began to panic. "Tonya, what's wrong?" "Libby......" But Tonya's eyes started to roll back in her head and her body started shifting wildly. Was she going into shock?? Was she having a seizure?? Libby had no idea what was wrong with her best friend or how to fix it but one thing she knew for sure was that she needed help. NOW!!
