     Rosalie awoke lying against a dumpster.  She blinked, wondering how on earth she had ended up there.  Then it all came flooding back to her...golden eyes...snow white skin...a pain in her neck.... She instinctively touched the spot on her neck where she remembered the pain. Under her fingers were two small holes, each about the size of the tip of a pencil eraser. She suddenly felt sick, and she heaved up the contents of her stomach. After everything in her stomach had made it's escape she lay there in the darkness and panted. She glanced at her watch and gasped.

     She had been out for almost a day. Rosalie stood up unsteadily and began running as fast as she could. Her hair flew wildly back behind her as if she had stuck her head out of a speeding car.  She looked to her side and realized that everything rushed past in a blur. She gasped in alarm and tripped over her own feet, sprawling onto the ground face first.

     "Why was I just moving so fast?" she whispered into the twilight of Four in the morning.

      She stood back up and found that she was standing in front of her house.  She saw that the rope she had tied to one of the rails on her balcany was still there. She slimbed up it quickly and went into her room.

     Sitting on her computer desk chair, she decided to bury her bloody clothes and take a quick shower to get the reek of vomit blood and beer off of her body.

     She took off her bloody white shirt and it hit her exactly how much blood was on it. She shuddered and chucked it into a grocery bag. As she finished undressing she realized her jeans, bra, and panties would all have to go. She sighed and went into the bathroom that connected with her bedroom.

      When she looked in the mirror she almost screamed. Her normally pale skin was even paler now. It reminded her of the skin of the strange boy. She shrugged of the fear and jumped into the shower.

      When she got out of the shower she dressed in her usual clothes. A black tee shirt with logo from her favorite band, black baggy pants with chains hanging off of them, and a pair of black skate shoes.

     "Now if I could just find the wristband...I don't want mom to freak about these scars on my wrist." she mumbled.

     Rosalie was emo. Meaning she cut her wrists to make herself feel better about bad events in her life. She always had on a wristband so that no one could see her wrists.

     She glanced down at her wrists and screamed.

     Her scars weren't there anymore. "C-cuts that deep don't heal in a day!" She yelled, as her hands began to shake.

      She heard footsteps running up the stairs to her room and soon enough her mother burst in shouting, "Where on earth have you been!? I was so freaking worried about you, and your father is at the police station right now trying to figure out where you are! What is  going on!?"

     Rosalie sighed. " I went to a party with Eric, and he got wadted and passed out, so I was stuck walking home (I think I was wasted too.) when I passed out. I didn't wake up until a while ago" she said Leaving out the part about the odd boy.

      "You are too young to drink!" her mother stated harshly.

      "So.?"Rosalie remarked, sounding harsher.

      " That's it, your'e grounded."

      "How long?"

     "I'll think on it." her mom said, leavng the room. 

      Rosalie flopped down on to her bed.

      What's wrong with me?
