Chapter 8
**Wynter's POV**
I can't believe he is moving here. Why? Why does this have to happen. I just want him to leave me alone! I start crying, once again but, a different reason this time. I'm so scared. What if he hurts Lainie? Or me? Or even Draven? I won't be able to live with myself if something happens to Lainie or Draven. This is all my fault. All my fault.
"Don't cry Wynter. Please." I hear Draven say as he pulled me close once again.
"I'm such an emotional wreck," I tell him and smile.
"No, you aren't. I can't believe he raped you. What happened exactly? Where? When?" He quesioned.
I looked at him and took a deep breath. For the next 10 minutes I described how I met Chase and how we dated and how on my 15th birthday him and his 2 friends raped and took my virginity from me. I explained how the next morning I woke up and couldn't move. All I could do was cry. I finally had to call Lilanna to come and pick me up and that she is the only one who knows what truely happened.
After I finished I was breathless. I saw tears glittering in Draven's eyes and I saw the deep sadness that followed them.
I reached my hand up to touch his cheek.
"I'm so sorry Wynter. At least when he gets here I can beat the living shit out of him." Draven told me.
"No! You can't." I panicked.
Was it a bad thing that I told him? I hope not. As long as he doesn't do anything stupid.
"Why?"
"Your not suppose to know! I'm not suppose to tell anyone or he will kill me and Lainie; maybe you too! I can't have that happen."
"Oh yeah, I forgot. Well he will stay away from you Wynter. No worries, baby." He smiled at me.
Man, what a killer smile. It made my pulse quicken and my whole body went to mush. Oh man, I'm falling and I'm falling fast and hard. I feel Draven's hand gently cup my cheek and bring face up to his as his lips gently touched mine. I felt fireworks around us, cheesy I know but true. I cupped his cheek back pressing my lips harder to his wanting him and just him. I felt his tongue gently push between my lips and that was when my whole world exploded.
We sat there for around 5 minutes and just kissed. Not once did he try anything else which I thought was nice. I wasn't ready for that at all since the first time I did anything it wasn't special for me and I'm still terrified from it. I use wake up almost every night screaming from the nightmares but, now the nightmares have lessened thank God.
"Wynter," Draven said as he pulled away.
"What?" I said breathless.
"I'm falling for you." He told me staring into my eyes.
