“No reason. She just doesn’t like me all that much.” He replied

“Oh…you know I don’t want you here. So why did you come.” I asked. (Still crying.)

“Because I still want you in my life. I’ve made mistakes and I don’t want you to leave me because of the mistakes I have created.”

“Well I don’t see how I can’t leave you. After everything that happened between us and now you are going to have a kid. I don’t think it’s going to work between us.”

“But the past couple weeks have been amazing! You came back to me for those weeks. Why is it suddenly not a good idea for us to be together?” there was a hint of confusion and sadness in his voice.

“The past couple of weeks have been hectic for me and when I needed someone you all of a sudden came back. And when you did I was happy because I thought things would be the same. And now I realize it won’t be the same for us or for me….” There was a crack in my voice. “How can I trust that you won’t just leave me again?”

Silence.

“See…I can’t.”

“I can prove it to you.” Excitement came to his voice.

“And how are you going to do that?”

“You’ll see.” And with that he turned and left my room. Confused I went back to the computer.

Jessi: ok I’m back.

Alex: who was at the door?

Jessi: Ben…

Alex: what happened?!?!?!?

Jessi: well he came in, jenny slapped him, we talked, and he left.

Alex: why did he leave?

Jessi: ok here is the whole story…

Jessi: he came here to tell me he still wants me in his life. I told him idk if that can happen with how he has treated me in the past and now he has a kid. So then he was like ill prove it to you and I was like how and he was like you’ll see. And he left.

Alex: oh wow that’s weird.

Jessi: ikr!! I have to go talk to jenny and eat so I will be on later. Love you hun.

“Jenny what are we eating?” I yelled down the stairs.

“We are going to have spaghetti.”

“Sweet are your parents going to be home later tonight?”

“Way late we will have the house to ourselves. Well almost….”

“What do you mean almost?” confusion struck my voice again.

“That dumbass wont leave!” I turned to see Ben sitting at the table.

“What the hell are you still doing here?”

“I don’t want us to go our separate ways so I wont leave you. I go every where you go.”

“You going to stock me?!?!?”

“Don’t say it like that! That makes it sound bad!”

I couldn’t believe it! He would never leave me alone!
