When I got home I was so excited to start talking about this guy I caught Jenny looking at. Unfortunately the conversation didn’t get to far.

“I don’t even like him that much! He’s just cute that’s it!”  At first I didn’t believe her I thought maybe she just wanted to keep her crushing on the down low. But after a while of arguing about it I decided she wasn’t lying at that was the end of it. So much for the fun girl talk. I thought to myself.

“I’m going to make dinner ok. You can go online and talk to your friends or something ‘cause God knows you haven’t talked to them in forever!” Jenny said giving me a comforting smile. She was right ever since the accident I hadn’t really talked to any of my friends. I decided to call some friends first. I much rather hear their voice instead of the IM sound. When I turned on my phone I found a bunch of messages. And they were all from Ben. I’m never going to get to talk to any of my friends if this guy doesn’t leave me alone! I thought. I knew that if he kept calling me and trying to fix things that I wouldn’t ever get around to calling any of my friends that night. I decided to call him and try to get this over with it. I tried to keep calm so I didn’t get all mad but before he picked up I was already pissed off.

“Jess I know I should…”

“Ben save it!” I almost yelled. “You have bigger thing to concentrate on more than me! And I don’t even want you thinking about me! Would you just leave me alone? I already have a majorly screwed up life and I don’t need you to add to it!” I said almost crying at the end.

“Jess….” he had herd the sadness in my voice. “ I didn’t mean to hurt you and I know I should have told you right away but I agree that you don’t need this in your life right now…not after the accident…” Right then I had starting crying and I knew he had herd it. Everything is so screwed up now. Ben is the one I’m supposed to be with. And right now I should be sitting on the coach watching movies with my family. “Jess…can I come over?”

“No.” I hung up the phone. Enough had happened between me and him and I didn’t want him coming here because then I’d have to deal with more of it. I decided to sign online instead of calling people because I couldn’t stop crying.

Alex: Hey Jess! I haven’t herd from in you forever! How are you? How do you like it up there?

Jessi: Alex I should be with my family watching movies laughing and enjoying myself and now I can’t ever do that again! I’m not ok I never will be again. Being up here was always my wish but now seeing what I had to lose to get it makes me not want to be here at all. (No offence to Jenny of course!)

Alex: Hun I’m so sorry! I don’t know what to say! You are going to be ok I know you will. And jenny and ben are there to help you get through this! You can call me whenever you need me and I will be there!

Jessi: Ben isn’t here for me any more…

Alex: OMG what happened? Tell me everything!

Jessi: he is going to be a daddy….that’s what happened.

Alex: YOUR PREGGO AND HE LEFT YOU?

Jessi: no no no!!!!! of course not! He got someone else preggo! And I left him…

Alex: omg wow. That was so unexpected! So are you done with him then?

Jessi: yeah I am. As long as he will leave me alone at school…hold on someones at the door.

Alex: ok.

“Jenny aren’t you going to get that?” I shouted trying to figure out why she wasn’t answering the door.

“Jess stay away from the door!”

“What’s wrong?” I was really worried now.

“Ben is here…” she said confused. Oh crap she doesn’t know that I just talked to him. I told him not to come! What a freak! Why would he come when I told him not to? Ughhhh!  I was still crying too which didn’t help at all!

“What do you want Ben?” I herd her say in a frustrated voice.

“Just let me see Jess.” He said while pushing his way past.

“No!” she screamed. “She doesn’t need you around her! Your not good for her!”

“Let him up Jen its ok.” I said still crying. Ben gave a yeah-that’s-right-let-me-in look. Jen slapped him across the face and let him in. When he walked in I couldn’t help but laugh.

“Why did Jen slap you?” I could see a huge red mark on his face.
