When I woke up that morning Jenny was no where in site. I walked around the house and no one else was home….I was alone…that was the last thing I wanted at the time but there was thing I could do about it. I looked out in the drive way and no car was there….where did they go?!?!? I thought to myself. I searched around for my cell phone so I could call Jenny…I was so lost that morning I couldn’t figure out or find any thing! Finally I found my phone! There where so many missed calls and text…who the heck is trying to get a hold of me now?!?! I opened my phone to find a bunch of missed calls and text from Ben….my ex boyfriend.

All I could do was stare at my phone! It has been over two years since we have said anything to each other and all of a sudden he was calling me! I didn’t even look at any of the text I just called him back ready to yell at him! How can he think that after over two years of not talking he can suddenly just talk to me?!?!? And this is the worse time of all for him to decide to come back into my life!  

“Hey Jess” he said in a sad voice.

“What do you want?” I said in a really cocky pissed off voice. “We haven’t talked in over two years what could you possible want?”

“I’m so sorry Jess!”

“What are you talking about?”

“I herd what happened…and I’m so sorry!”

“I don’t need you pity so just leave me alone!” I said hanging up on him. After all of this how can he possible think him calling me would help? And how did he find out about all this happening? My mind was racing! I had no idea of what to do… ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ  I looked at my phone. One new message. God what does he want?!?!?

I couldn’t believe what he just said to me! He stopped talking to me for like two years and now he decides to care?!?!? I just needed to talk to someone! I opened my phone and called Ben back.

“hey” he said in his soft comforting voice. All I could do was cry…

“Jessi where are you? Are you alone?”

“I’m at my house.” I said while whipping my tears away.

“Good.”

“How is that good Ben? This is the worst possible place to be right now!”

“No Jessi I didn’t mean it like that!”

“How else could you have meant it?”

“Look out the window….”he commanded.

“Huh?”

“Jess just look out the window!”

“How do you…” I looked out the window as I see a car pull in…. “oh my god!” I screamed…in the past couple minutes all this had happened I couldn’t have been happier to see him pull into my drive way! I was so glad he was here! I ran out to him right into his arms tears rolling down my face….

“Jess I’m so sorry that all this happened to you and I’m so sorry I left you a couple years ago.”
