“Jenny….Jenny….Jenny are you awake?”

“Ughh Jessi what time is it?”

“Hun chill out its like already 11 am.” I had never seen Jenny sit up that fast!

“holy crap its already 11? How long have you been up….probably a while….you never sleep in!” she laughed

“accually amazingly enough I just woke up.”

“WOAH!!! Your kidding you like never sleep in!”

“I no right! Okay come on lets eat some breakfast.”

“good idea what do you want?” I give her one of those I don’t know looks.

“what do you have?”

“I don’t know whatever my mom brought.” So after like 10 minutes we finally figured out what we where having for breakfast. After breakfast Jenny’s dad told us he was planning on going boating soon. Jenny and I were glad to hear that! Boating is so much fun! So we got the boat and ourselves ready.

“So Jessi are you actually going to go tubing?” jenny asked. “you know we have two tubes now!” I absolutely hate tubing! I have no idea why but I hate it!

“Well I may try but we have to go really slow!” Jenny laughed.

“Of course Jessi!” So that day I went tubing. It wasn’t that bad…I just need to tube with someone! Its so much fun tubing with two people! When we got back to the beach to pick up new kids, Jenny and I got off the boat and went swimming!

Although Jenny and I wanted to go to the raft to tan, some guys were playing on it so we couldn’t. They where trying to push each other off. So Jenny and I decided to have a little fun with it! Jenny and I swam out and when they guys would get close to one side we’d put our feet up on the raft count to three and push off as hard as we could. This made the guys tip and fall all over the place!

“Oh my god Jessi that was awesome!” Jenny laughed as we watched the guys get back onto the raft.

“I no that was amazing…I didn’t think it would work…I guess I was wrong!” we both laughed as the guys glared at us for messing up there game. Soon enough they guys started again and I looked at Jenny as we both thought the same thing.

“One….two….three!” Jenny whispered. On three we pushed off again…we only got one guy that time. Then we decided to really mess with the guy that just fell off. While he was climbing back up we pushed off the raft again sending him back into the water! This time all the guys on the raft broke out laughing!

“that was awesome and so funny” one of the guys said.

“NO IT WASN’T!!!! THAT WAS HORRIBLE!” Said the guy who fell off. Jenny and I didn’t care who thought what all we knew is it was fun and funny!

Jenny and I were reflecting on the day when one of my parents friends brought out some alcohol. This wasn’t for a mixed drink or any thing it was for shots. It was called strawberry short cake. Jenny and I looked at each other.

“Yum!!!” we said together.

“Hey moms can Jessi and I have some of it!”

“NO WAY” her parents never let her drink….unlike mine…..its not like my parents let me get drunk or anything but they let me have a drink or two sometimes…

“Mom please! Just a shot!!!!” Jenny begged.

“NO WAY JENNY AND THAT’S FINAL!”

“Can we split a shot?”

“ughhh fine split one though!”

“okay we will!”

“MOM!!!” I yelled trying to my mothers attention now. I couldn’t get hers but I got my moms friends…

“WHAT?”

“Pour a shot. Jenny and I are going to split one.” My moms friend handed me the shot I took half and gave the rest to Jenny.

“How is it?” Jenny asked before she drank it.

“Fricken awesome! That was really good!” Jenny drank it.

“Wow your right that is awesome! I want more!”

“Me too!” I tried to think of how to get more…because it was so good! Then I got an idea!

“Hey mom…” she was closer now so she could hear me.

“yeah what is it?”

“Could jenny and I split a shot?” see my mom didn’t have the slightest clue we had already split one.

“sure why not.” So I drank the tinniest bit…I had already had more stuff to drink than Jenny and so I thought she can have the shot…so I took pretty much nothing and handed it to Jenny.

“that was so not half that was like nothing have more!” she said

“no Jenny I get stuff to drink quite a bit and you don’t so this is from me to you! Now hurry up before your mom sees!” she laughed but took the shot.

“Thanks Jess you’re the best!”

“I SAW THAT YOU TWO!” Jenny’s mom yelled. We both couldn’t help it! We broke out laughing!

I was so happy I could do that for Jenny! She always sees me having mikes or wine coolers and she can never have any. But I finally was able to get her to have something too!
