GRACES POV

I sat there speechless. I nodded yes, and watched him put the ring on my finger. I laughed, it was only plastic. I gave him a questioning/happy look.

“I hot it inside the corner store, look, it changes colors,” he said with a laugh. I could see how happy he was. I laughed. I didn’t care that the ring was plastic. I didn’t care that we were too young to get married. All I cared about was the fact that I was getting married to the man I loved.

I leaned over and kissed him, and not like I had before. I poured every emotion that I had felt in the past weeks into that kiss. I could feel him wrap his arms around my waist.

“Wait,” I said. I reached for the hem of my shirt and pulled it over my head. I looked him in the eyes, and knew that he understood what I was doing.

“Are you sure? Once you loose this, you won’t be able to get it back. I don’t want to take this from you one night, and have it be regretted the next.”

I put each of my hands on each side of his face and looked him dead in the eye.

“I’m sure.”

We proceeded to take each others clothes off, and with that, I had made love for the first time in my life. I was happier than I had ever been.

GABES POV

I couldn’t believe it. I was getting married to the girl I absolutely love. And she even trusted me enough to loose her virginity to me. I will never let her down. She’ll always be safe in my arms.

I will finally give up cutting. Now I have reason to feel loved.
