Elizabeth woke up to her alarm. She rolled over to check the time, 10:13am. SHIT! She thought, Chris was going to pick her up at 12: 00. She ran out of her room to take a shower, brush her teeth, blow-dry her hair and but on her make-up. She rushed back to her room and opened her closet, she skimmed quickly and pick out her favorite Aero blue sleeveless top, jeans and flip-flops. By the time she walked down the stairs in her home she heard a honk and looked out her window to see Chris smiling and waving at her. She grabbed her keys and left. Beth smiled and entered the front passenger set of he’s blue Honda Fit. “Hey Beth, you look really nice.” Chris said. Beth blushed and asked him where they were going. He smiled and said “ You’ll see when we get there!” Beth sighed heavily. After what seemed to be 10 minutes they arrived at the beach. Wow Beth murmured under her breath, crediting he’s “creativity” “So where here!” Chris said as if he was all smart. Beth stepped out of the car to be welcomed by the salt-water smell. Even if it was August it was pretty chilly, Beth thought as a breeze came. Then she shivered and Chris put his arms around her. She almost felt warm.
