I sat on the porch and stared out at the dark,storm clouds rolling in as thunder boomed and lightening flashed showing me what layed ahead of us. "Destiny come in!" I heard my mom yell as the wind blew through my curly,brown hair and i stood up and opened the door with a creak.

"Make sure the chickens are in." She said sounding worried as i looked out the window. The chicken coop looked like a long ways out as i went into the whirling wind as i prepared myself for a big storm. "They are up mom." I said as i slammed the door and ran upstairs. "Don't stay on the computer long!" She called after me and i stopped in at the mirror as i fixed my hair in a bun and continued up the swirling staircase.

The computer screen flashed as green light as my friend Jordan logged onto im. (Desbell1904 is me and Holister7206 is her.)

desbell1904: Hey amigo wat's happening?

Holister7206: Nothing just preparing myself for the storm thats coming.

desbell1904:wat storm? i bet it's just another storm thats like usual ones we get

Holister7205: watever. i dont think it is but idk. well ive g2g bye!

desbell1904:bye j see ya tommorrow.

tI heard the door shut on the computer as she logged off. "Maybe she's right." I said to myself as i drifted off to an uncomfortable sleep...

"Destiny wake up!" My mom screamed frantically as my eyes fluttered open and i saw her distressed face looking at me and i jumped up. "What's -" I trailed off as i heard the sirens going off and i grabbed her fragile hand and helped her downstairs. "What are we going to do?" I asked as i suddenly remember it was just me and her because my dad and borther were off at a fishing trip.

"Get in the pantry!" She screamed as a sound like a 1000 freight train drained out the rest of her words as we dove into the crowded closet. "Mom where are you?" I asked as suddenly the pressure caved in and i grabbed her hand. "Don't let go!" I screamed as i looked at her face. "Destiny let go. I'll be ok." She said as i gripped her tighter and then it all went black.

 I woke up several hours later as i scramled around for her. "Mom!" I screamed as i looked at what remained of our house. "Where did you go?" I asked as i saw a letter that was scribled on. I picked the letter up and it pained me as i noticed some glass in my hand. I slowly broke down in tears as i read it

                               Dear My sweet daughter,

                      I'm sorry i didnt tell you sooner, but your dad and brother aren't on the fishing triop i told you about. They are waiting for me in Heaven. I love you and i thank you for helping me through these times but now my Heavenly Father is calling me, for it's my turn to go. i love you and always will

                          p.s I'll be waiting for you in Heaven

I dropped to the ground as tears fell from my puffy eyes as i took one look at it and threw it on the ground. "Why did you have to go?!" I screamed as i fell to the ground and landed on a sharp piece of glass. "Why do i have to die this way?" I asked as my breathe shortened and my pulse stopped and i knew it wouldn't be longer before i would see my family.
