Well that was a huge storm,thank god it is over now.Is everyone ok?.Well what do you say we go see what kind of damage was done too the town.That's if we can get outside.Bobby asked Jason to help him get the basement door open.Something must have feel in front of it.Damn it must be huge whatever it is.It takes them about an hour to get it open enough to squeeze out of  it.Since Brandy is the smallest one she went out first.She said honey I can't move it it's a huge tree.Well can you move it enough for us to get out.I will try.It takes her awhile but she gets it moved .Bobby said look at my house it looks like a herd of bulls ran through it,I guess I am just lucky to have a place to stay.Lets go see how the rest of the town looks.Jasons truck is no where to be seen so they take off on foot.Jason says look your house is the only one letf on the block. Wow that's strange.My house is no worse for the wear.The only thing wrong is a few windows are missing and a few shingles blew off.If I did not know better I would say  that a tornado had not hit it.As they walk down the streets they see people crawling out from under there once beautiful homes.In shock at the distruction all around them.How could this happen to us they yell.They watch as a dog limps by them.Oh!Bobby says where is your family?Bobby says listen I hear someone yelling for help.They run to see if they can help them get out.Bobby said that we can't just leave them there.Ok we will help if we can.But then we need to see about our houses.They spend several hours trying to get the family out.,when they finally get the children out,one of them asks about her dog..She would not come to me when I called her she crys.I don't know where she could have went.I hope she is ok.She calls out for her dog Haily Jo where are you honey.Please come to mama.Jason asked what kind of dog it was ,she said she is a german shepard mix,why have  you seen her?Yes we saw her limp away after the storm.I'm sure she is ok honey!She is just scared an hurt.One more person to get out an they leave feeling a warmth in there heart.It's getting dark we need to go now guys.They walk on too see about their places.As they walk along they find the dog of the little girl they helped lieing dead on the side of the road.Bobby says she must have wandered off to die not wanting her owner to see her like that.Jasons apt. was the first one they saw.It's gone everything he has  is all over the place.Jason laughs as he sees his boxers in a tree in the neighbors yard.They try to see what he can save.but it seems that all is gone,or wet and ruined.He grabs pictures of his family,as much clothes as they can carry.and the present that he got from Bobby when they were in high school.Bobby looks at it in peices and starts to cry.I'm sorry Bobby but it looks like it is broken.I think  I can fix it, do we have all the pieces to it.Jason tells Brandy that Bobby gave him this shadow box when his baseball team won the state finals , to keep the newspaper clippings and his jersey in. It's broken says Jason and  everything from the box is gone.Do you remember that game he says to Bobby.The homerun I hit that won the game in the bottom of the 9th.Yeah I aslo remember that it made you the leading homerun hitter in school history.It has yet to be broke.WOW that is great Jason,I never knew that.Yeah an Bobby took the picture that ran in the paper.That was his first picture that was ever put in the paper he adds.Yep that got me started out.Well we need to get going it is almost dark now,and we will never make it to Brandys house ,Jason asks Bobby if they can stay at his house till they can find somewhere else to go?They never did see Jasons truck that day.As they walk back towards Bobby's house Bobby drops everything he is carring and runs off. Where are you going ? Bobby turns around holding Jasons torn and tattered  jersey and says look I found it! Bobby says I have copies of all the clippings and pictures to put in the box when we fix it. They go back to start cleaning up Bobbys place.After seeing everything they saw today they are just glad to have a place to sleep that has a roof,even if it has no windows in it.Bobby goes into the kitchen to find that the hutch that his grann gave him full of antique china was knocked over an broken.One plate was saved, the one that he had made for her for grandparents day when he was little.Look how small my hand was then he said.Bobby sits on the floor an cries as he picks up the peices of his familys life.Bobby wonders what he could have done to deserve this to happen.Bobby jumps up to find the vase that his grandpa gave him all those years ago.Where is it he yells. I can't lose that I have already lost so much.Why is God punishing me he thinks outload.Brandy says maybe it has to do with the fact that you are always tring to kill me.Bobby whispers to her that if he wanted her dead she would be.She runs into the other room to tell Jason what he said to her.Jason comes into the kitchen to talk to him.Guess what she said now?Bobby says it's hard to tell with her.She said that you told her if you wanted her dead she would be dead already.Jason you need to see if you can get her put somewhere for treatment.Can you have her put into a mental instution.Where they have nice padded runs for her,so she won't hurt anyone.Maybe she is skitsofranic.It would make sence. I worry that she will do something to herself an blame me for it.Like what he said,who knows like set herself on fire or some shit like that.Who knows she is emotionally ustable.Bobby thinks hey that is not a bad idea.since I told Jason that he can be my alibi.We can roast marshmellows as the witch burns.That may be fun he thinks.That night when they finally go to bed,Bobby dreams of his grann.She tells him that she is so upset with the way he is acting.That this is not like him.He tells her that he would do anything to keep his man.Your man she says?.Bobby he is not gay.He tells her he loves me grann.I can't live without him.It was fate that the two of us met.You know how I feel about fate.I will have my man,no matter what it takes.There is nothing that you or anyone else can say that will change my mind.Bobby hears his phone ring and tells his grann to not go.She tells him not to worry I will come back to see you again.But now you must wake up.One last thing she says don't worry about the china it was not as old as I told people it was.Bobby,Bobby he hears get up now.He wakes up crying.He misses his grann so much,an it was so good to see her,even if it was just for a minute.Bobby thinks about what grann  said all day.Maybe he should just leave the two of them alone.In the back of his mind he thinks,but I am having so much fun with all of this. Jason really believes that she is crazy.I really think she will crack soon.She will have a nervous break down soon I hope.Jason said that they need to try and find food for us.Do you have anything in your icebox to eat.He said I don't know why don't you go see.Did you see if the store was still there?Well he said that we have no power how are you planning to cook.Well he said there is a bbq grill in your yard. I thought that we could use that till we find out who's it is.Bobby says well no one else has power so you better stick it inside so no one steals it!When they get to the store there is hardly anything there.It had all been picked over.It looked like a thanksgiving turkey picked clean.There are fights for the food.Peolpe can be animals when they are hungry.One lady stole a roast out of an old ladys hand,an knocked her over,she said I have kids to feed and your old an gonna die soon..Jason grab as much water as you can carry. The store had to close the doors cause they ran out of food.And no one was paying for it anyway.Brandy says can you believe the nerve os some people. Some people will do whatever they need to do to survive .Wild animals will kill weaker animals to feed the stronger in the family..What did we get did anyone see,I was just grabbing stuff.We have to make it last for awhile ,who knows when we will get food again.atleast not till the salvation army  wagon of hope comes.People will start looting soon we must stay as close to home as much as we can..They get back from the store an Jason an the wicked witch unpack as Bobby trys to find out where the huge tree came in at.He goes on top of the roof through an broken window to see how much damange was done to the roof.Not bad he thinks it's nothing I can't fix.Well as far as he can tell it must of came in through the broken window.You can still see wood in the frame of the house.But damn that is a huge peice of wood how did it fit..Either way it is a 200 hundred year old house ,that is still standing.More then I can say for some of these newer houses that are now gone..Jason said that him an Brandy are gonna go check on her trailer,an see if anything is left.Bobby says that he will start the fire an bbq.There is plenty of wood around to cook with,it maybe wet but it will still work.I will pour gas on it and pray it will start.Do I still have wood in the basement he wonders.I should go see real fast before I try to use the wet stuff.Bobby hurrys up to go check.He gets down there when he hears someone upstairs.He thinks that maybe it could be Jason so he yells up Jason is that you did you forget something.When he hears nothing he runs back upstairs,to find two guys stealing the food,one gets away but he catches the other one.He beats the crap out of him.Yelling about Jason being his man not hers.The guy looks at him in shock,not knowing what the hell he is talking about.He yells Brandy I will kill you.Don't you ever show your face in my house again.or the next time you won't be so lucky.The guy gets up an runs off.blood dripping off of him.Bobby looks around to see that there is blood all over the place.He feels good,atleast he got some anger out.Jason and the witch come back  and question Bobby about why there is Blood all over the place.Bobby tells them that he caught two guys robbing him.One got away,but one was not so lucky I beat his ass.That will teach him to steal from me,he said! Jason leaves Brandy in there with Bobby.He tells  her in a tiny voice,almost a whisper.The whole time I was beating his ass I was wishing that it was you.To bad it was'nt he said.I would of really enjoyed that..He laughts a really creapy laugh.One that could make your skin crawl.He tells Brandy that Jason will never believe her so don't bother to tell him.He thinks you are loony toons.She runs to tell him anyway.She told him what he said.An he was right he did'nt believe her.Jason comes into the back yard an tells Bobby what she had said .Maybe she really is as crazy as you said.Jason said guess what I found.What he said?My truck stuck in  tree on the edge of town.It was thrown like it was a rag doll.There was nothing left of Brandys trailer,we could not even find her trailer.It was gone.,and everything that was in it is scattered all over the neighborhood.Bobby thinks oh what a shame.To bad the wicked witch of the mid-west did not go with it.But she will pay , that I promise,one way or another.If that means that I have to put her in a nut house,I guess that is what I will do.Killing her is not a option anymore.So I will just have to get her put into a padded room.As long as she is out of his life I don't really care how it happens.I hope that it will not be long till she cracks..Or till I can get Jason to put her away.Maybe I can have Jason go talk to her family,an see what they say.Bobby tells Jason to maybe go talk to her family.He said maybe I will do just that.He tells Brandy that they are gonna go to see her family if we can find someone who has a car. I  can call an see If they can come get us.She calls her mother an tells her that they want to come up there.Mom asks where Jasons truck is .She says well we found it up a tree on the edge of town.No mom my trailer is gone,gone she said what do you mean.You did'nt hear about the tornado that hit town.You know that I don't watch the news anymore.And that we live three towns over,we did'nt get as much as a drop.She says let me get off here an I will be there in a bit. She says that they are at Bobby's house.Do you remember how to get there.Yeah I'll be there as soon as I can.Jason tells Bobby that Brandys mother will be here soon to pick them up.He asks Bobby if he will be ok here alone.Yeah I think  I will be ok here alone.Bobby takes him aside and asks him what he plans on telling her family.Jason says that he is not really sure.How do you tell someones family that you think that their daughter is crazy,what do you say?Well just tell them the truth.Tell them all the things that she has said How she thinks that I am out to kill her.And that she thinks that I waved at her as she said I was pushing her out of the boat.Does that sound crazy or what..Just see what she will say..Before they finish talking she gets here.Damn I forgot how she drives like a manic.Carol drives like she is a race car driver.For an little old lady she drives faster them I do. Carol must have gotten a new car,I don't remember a mustang.WOW! Sweet ride Bobby says?What year is it.!Carol says that is a 1969 fastback,with not one wing but two.Dark purple,all original parts.She went on to say it was a steal.Jason and Brand say that they would like to leave before it gets dark outside.They leave an Jason gets in the back.He gets in the back seat an closes his eyes as she drives off.spinning rubber as she pulls out of the driveway.Jason had only met Carol one other time before.Way back when they first met.So he don't know how she will handel him telling her that their only child could be crazy.Jason sees what he thinks could be blood in the floor bord of the back seat..He decides  not say anything.It must be ketchup he thinks.What would a little old lady be doing with blood in her car,right!They finally get to her house,Brandy asks what they will be having for supper,she says that she is starving.Carol said that her father was cooking out today.You know how he loves to do that.Ted says that is all he has left since his baby moved out.Brandy runs to find her father ,she says that she missed him so much.Jason follows behind her.He shakes his hand and says that it is nice to see him again..That it had been to long.Jason asks what he is cooking.Ted tells him he is cooking the best ribs that he has ever tasted.Carol walks out and says with all the fixings to go with it.Brandy says are they your special ribs daddy,yep he says?Oh I have missed your ribs,it is good to be home again.My famous sauce too.Brany tells her family how a tornado tore through their town an how her trailer is now gone,and everything that was in it.Daddy I lost everything from my childhood.She said as she sobs out loud.It will be ok honey we still have some of your stuff here.Really she said what do you still have here.?After dinner you can go see. Jason says what kind of ribs are these,I have never tasted anything like these.Ted says do you like them.?He says that they are pork ribs.But they don't taste much like pork.He winks at Brany and continues to eat.They all share a laugh. Jason wonders what they are laughing at.In the living room there is a news broud cast telling about a young man who is missing,he turned up missing right after he sold his car to an old coulpe.They are being saught for questioning.Ted says how interresting.Just then they hear a knock on the door.It is the local police with the F.B.I...They want to ask Ted some questions about where he was today,they say it will only take a few hours and he will be back.Finish eating and I will be back They tell him that they will also have to take the car with them as well.My new car she says ,we just baught it.No why are you taking it.I WONT LET YOU? He says ok I will be back with a court order then.Jason decides that he will talk to Carol after dinner.While Brandy is looking at her childhood memories.They finish eatting and clear the table off an put the dishes in the dishwasher.Carol turns it on an they get a drink an go out to the porch and talk.Jason takes a deep breath and starts.I think that their maybe something wrong with Brandy he says.Like what Carol asked.Well you met Bobby right.Yeah I remember him,he was a nice guy.My best friend.Anyway she thinks he is trying to kill her.Why would she think that.What has she said .Well we went on a camping trip an rented a speed boat,well to make a long story short she jumped out and said that Bobby pushed her out,and waved as he was pushing her out.Carol gave him a strange look,He said just the other day she said Bobby told her if he wanted her dead that she would be dead,have you heard Bobby say any of those things first hand?.No just from Brandy.But I know Bobby, he would not hurt a fly.She says oh no is she starting that again.Jason says what do you mean.Carol says that her last boyfriend came to her and told her some of the same things about her.She went on to say that they had to put her in a hosptial after all that.She really feared for her life.They put her on some medicine before she left there.Oh really .Has she stopped taking them again.Brandy walks outside and said what is this,I don't remember this doll.What is on it,it looks like blood.Blood she says,don't be silly.It must be a stain.Give it here I will clean it off for you.Carol asks her to go back in the house and they will be in in a minute.She says ok and skips back into the house.Carol says don't you worry about it I will take care of it in the morning.There is nothing that I can do about it now.Jason thinks that maybe Bobby was right she is crazy.What have I gotten myself into,with is women
