My 17th birthday (part 4)

As I turn around, I see.. .. .. ..

“Cameron?!” He’s just standing there smiling at me. As if he’s waiting on something to happen. So I turn back around to where Ciara was and snatch her arm so that I could take her to the restroom. While we were walking into the bathroom, she was crying out into laughter! “What the hell is going on?! Why is Cameron here?!” I say furious as ever! “You’ll know when we go back out there. Trust me.” she said wiping her face off. “Why would I want to go back out there?!” “Because you have to!!!” she said pushing me towards the door. “No! I am in love with Shade and you know that! You also know that I like Cameron don’t you?!” “Yes I do! But that’s not the point! Just please come back out there!” she said almost begging me. “Why should I?” I said folding my arms together waiting for an answer.

“Because that wasn’t the surprise.” “It sure did seem like a surprise to me!”

Before I knew it, she covered my eyes with her hands and pushed me through the door of the restroom. We walked into the big crowd of people cause I could hear a lot of voices. Then she said “are you ready?” then I hear a certain voice. “ yea.” I couldn’t put my finger on who it was because who ever it was was talking too low. Then CC let go of her hands.

I can’t speak. I can’t even breathe right now! The person that I met over the internet is here. Standing right in front of me! In my sight! I never new the day would come when I would see him. I just stood there. Trying to find the words to say. Soon my eyes started to feel a little watery. Like I was about to bust into tears of joy! “Happy Birthday Baby!” Shade said smiling and holding out a black velvet box in his hands. “ Are you gonna say something?” he said coming closer to me. “I-I-.. H-How did you get here?!” I could not get my words out right! “I drove my car. And my boy here…” he said pointing to Cameron. “…we met at spring Bling. He told me that he lived near you so…you know the rest. Oh and Ciara had a big part in this too.” he said looking at CC then back at me. “OMG! All three of you had something to do with this?! I didn’t like the Cameron part of the whole thing but oh well. At least I got to see my baby!!!” I said hugging and kissing him.
