Allie’s Story
“Are you going to say anything?” Allie could hear him but she couldn’t process it yet. She almost jumped off the cliff, but didn’t Allie was saved. But by whom…she wondered. “Hello….” He seemed to be worried. “Ugh” was all Allie could say. “Well thank goodness I was getting worried” the guy sighed. Allie was confused, she tried to think…was she dead…. or alive…. why is she even there. “What on earth happened…”? Allie moaned. “Well I was in a tree and saw you about to jump so I pulled you back, you can’t just end your life…. by the way I’m Daniel,” he answered. “Hmmm I’m Allie.” All she wanted was to go to sleep. “Come here I need to make sure you are ok…” Daniel said pulling her up to her feet and pulling her to her car. Allie followed. Daniel put her on the hood so she could lie down and started making sure she was all right. “Allie…. I need to know where you live, you can’t drive like this,” Daniel said softly as if he thought that Allie would yell at him. “Just take me to the park,” was the reply. So he drove her to the park, but first stopped by a drive thru and got Allie a milkshake. Am I happy that he saved me… or not…oh well he seems really sweet…too sweet Allie couldn’t help but think. Allie had always been like that, never trusting never letting anyone in…. except Drew, but he messed that up. But her thoughts were interrupted by sleep. Allie had fallen asleep; she deserved it after her day….
Allie’s DreamWe were kissing in the rain. The rain was falling on Drew and me. Soft rain, warm rain, and the type of rain that made you want to dance in it…he backed away and I fell. Falling…forever falling…into a black hole. Then there was a tug and I saw that I had a rope on my waist and I looked up and saw Drew start pulling me up. I was safe, so I closed my eyes and breathed a sigh of happiness. I opened my eyes to see Drew looking away…to what I don’t know. I was worried. I looked up again and saw Bailey kissing him. So that was what he was looking at. He dropped the rope and I fell harder and faster than the first time. A hand came out of nowhere and grabbed me and pulled me up. A boy was right there staring at me and only me with a kind smile on his face. It was Daniel…I realized after a while of staring into his deep blue eyes. Eyes that you got lost in…trusting eyes…like they are telling you that they will hold on forever and never let you go.
Allie woke up with the vision of the eyes in her mind. Daniel’s hand on hers as if he knew what to do. He was just staring into the sky, not knowing that she had woken up. They were at the park, on the grass, and the sun was setting. He didn’t leave her and with this she went back to sleep. A peaceful sleep, knowing that he would be there in the morning for her…
Daniel’s Story“Are you going to say anything,” Daniel whispered. Allie didn’t answer…is she ok!! “Hello….” He said getting worried now. Maybe she had hurt herself. “Ugh” was all that she said. Even that much made him feel happy. “Well thank goodness I was getting worried” Daniel sighed in relief. “What on earth happened?” she moaned out as if it hurt like a thousand knifes. Well I was in a tree and saw you about to jump so I pulled you back, you can’t just end your life…. by the way I’m Daniel.” “Hmmm I’m Allie.” Allie answered back. Oh Allie that is such a nice name…“Come here I need to make sure you are ok…” he said pulling her up and walking her over to the car so he could check for any cuts or anything. After he was satisfied that she was ok he said softly because he didn’t want her to take it the wrong way “Allie…. I need to know where you live, you can’t drive like this,” she seemed fine and with all of her strength said “Just take me to the park.” Daniel put her in her car and started the engine. He thought that a milkshake might cheer her up into talking so he went and bought both of them one. Allie seemed to be thinking…whatever the reason she then fell asleep in the car. Hmmm I wonder what her dream would be. Oh well to the park I guess. But why does she want the park, I wonder what happened to her. She looks so cute when she sleeps. He got to the park and chose a soft spot of grass to lay her down. He sat next to her and watched her sleep. Allie… Allie… such a nice name…she looks scared…I’ll put my hand on hers. So he did and she seemed to relax when she felt it. Daniel then began looking at the sunset. It was one of the best one that he had ever seen and wondered if it was because of Allie. He kept looking until it was over and then looked at Allie. She was still sleeping. He didn’t want to leave her alone in the park when she woke up. So Daniel lie down next to her and put his arm over her like in a hug. He was like that until he too fell asleep happy. Knowing that there was a beautiful girl by him and a girl that needed him. No one had ever needed someone he was the one that needed someone. And so they slept like that Allie in Daniel’s arm and cuddled up against him.Comments
