CHAPTER 6
TRACEY
Everyone continued to stare at me in the cafeteria until I finally made it out the exit. What had Oliver done? What were people thinking of Logan and I? I can't believe what just took place. As much as I wanted to turn around and tell everyone that Logan and I were nothing to each other, my feet were taking me to the parking lot to start my thunderbird up. I have to see if he is going to be okay, my mind kept saying to me over the punk music blasting through my speakers. I will only be there for a few minutes. I just have to see if he is okay.....
A few minutes turned to hours, as I sat next to wear Logan was passed out cold on the hospital bed. What did Oliver do to you? He looked frail and out of place. Logan wouldn't hurt a fly and certainly not Oliver. He was smart, he knew he would die if he tried to fight him. It was like David versus Goliath, but Goliath would be the one throwing the stone. The doctors told me that Logan would be alright, that he would come to eventually. That's all they would tell me though, nothing else came from their lips. Idiots....telling you only half the story. The more I saw Logan lying there, the more sadden and angry I came became. I promise if Oliver even tries to speak one syllable to me, I'm gonna....
Logan's figure moved in bed, and his gorgeous eyes opened and I had to catch my breath. He was finally awake.

LOGAN
My head was pounding and I swore to myself a bomb went off in my brain. What the crap happened to me? I opened my eyes and saw bright lights. Holy crap...Oliver killed me.
"Hey."
I turned and saw Tracey, she was so beautiful. Yep, I'm dead...I see angels.
"Logan?"
"Tracey?"
"Yeah, I'm here."
"Where am I?"
"Your in the hospital, you got knocked out cold."
Tracey came to visit me? In the hospital? I thought she liked Oliver. How much have I missed while I was passed out?
"I thought you would be with Oliver."
Tracey looked at me with shock. She began to shake her head.
"I don't hang out with douchebags. He's a jerk."
I laughed and the pain it brought was vicious, but I couldn't help it. Tracey chose me over Oliver, I would get punched in the face twenty times if I knew it would bring her to me.
"Thanks for being by my side through all this. Where's my parents though?"
"There on their way. Both of them left work a few minutes ago. They are worried sick."
"Figures...they always are."
We then just looked at each other for a few moments. No noise was filling the air around us.
"Logan, the kids at school...well...Oliver said somethings."
Questions began to blast through my head as to what Tracey was trying to explain.
"What do you mean?"
"Oliver yelled in the cafeteria after we had an arguement, he said that you and I were lovers. Now the whole school thinks we are Logan."
"Oh...."
I couldn't have been happier, the look on Tracey's face on the other hand, couldn't have been more fearful.
"I don't know what to do about it Logan."
That wasn't a problem for me to be linked with her in love. I don't care if people thought that, but of course, Tracey did. Tracey had a life though, I didn't. Well it was nice to dream that one day I would be with her.
"We will figure it out, it will be okay."
I took her hand in mine, and for a moment it actually felt like everything was going to be alright.
