The music was blasting so loud in the car that I couldnt think straight!
We pulled up to the beach. I was still a little on the off side as to why he was acting so funny in the car. I mean, you may think im being paranoid, and that he's just being romantic-NO! Somethings going on.
He came over and opened up my side of the car. I stepped out and he slammed it, harder than usual.
He took off his fresh Jordans and I took off my flip flops since we were going toward the water. He didnt speak until we were knee high deep in the water.
"The reason I had my music up so loud is cuz I didnt want you to speak in there, the cars tapped."
"WHat?!"
He nodded. "Yea the car, and my phone, probably yours too! They dont get a signal by alot of water though"
"Your car's only tapped because they found out we've been dating. They went through all my stuff and they even took that threatening tape. There going crazy trynna dig shit up on us" I said.
"I know. But its all good though. Our names arent attached to anything so everythings good. We just gotta watch what we say" he said.
"And when we say it" I added.
He nodded and smiled.
"exactly, then we should be good"
I looked away when he said that. "Im worried about you though"
He grabbed my chin and turned it towards him. "dont be, im good. Everythings gonna be fine. Im promising you this."
Then he kissed me.
