One day a 6 year old girl was sitting in her first grade classroom. The teacher was going to explain evolution to the children. The teacher asked a little boy, "Tommy, do you see the tree outside?"
Tommy replied, "Yes."
The teacher then asked, "Tommy, do you see the grass outside?"
Tommy again replied, "Yes."
The teacher then told Tommy, "Go outside and look up and see if you can see the sky."
Tommy responded, "Okay." He returned a few minutes later and stated, "Yes, I saw the sky."
The teacher asked Tommy, "Did you see God up there?"
Tommy responded, "No."
The teacher turned to the rest of the class, "That's my point. We can't possibly see God because he isn't there. Possibly he just doesn't exist."
The 6 year old girl spoke up and wanted to ask the boy some questions. The teacher agreed and the little girl asked the boy, "Tommy, do you see the tree outside?"
A little confused, Tommy answered, "Yes."
The girl then asked Tommy, "Tommy, do you see the grass outside?"
Again Tommy replied, "Yes!"
Then the girl asked Tommy, "Do you see the sky?"
"YESSSSS!!" replied Tommy.
She then asked, "Tommy, do you see the teacher?"
"Of course," Tommy stated.
The girl asked, "Do you see her brain?"
Tommy replied, "No."
The girl then turned to the class and stated, "Then according to what we were taught today in school, she possibly may not even have one!"
