      “What the hell happened?!” Sam asked Jess, as she jogged the rest of the way to him.

  “I could ask you the same question.” Jess said looking at the bruise on Sam’s neck.

Sam touched her neck self consciously.

“Long story…”

“Same. Anyway, let’s get this done with.” Jess said getting up and going into the school.

“You have to go to the doctors or something.”

“I just need to wash my face. And maybe slap a band-aid on the cut above my eye. It’s all good Babe.” Jess said with a small smile.

“Babe?” Sam said smiling at him. “When did you start calling me babe?”

 “When you kissed me last night, and became me girl.” Jess stated mater-a-factly.

  “Whoah! I’m your girlfriend?”

   “You are? Sweet!”

 “You’re such a dork.” Sam said laughing and pushing Jess’ arm slightly.

 “OW! You’re so cruel to me.”

The day flew by a little to fast for them both, Jess was by now.

He looked at the clock it flashed 9pm.

‘Ugh…so bored…’ Jess though to himself, so he started picturing Sam, and when he did he remembered the bruise on her neck.

Who the hell did it?!

 “That bastard!” Jess said jumping off his couch, and running out the door.

He hopped in his car and sped off to Chris’ house, and banged on his door.

He heard laughter inside and finally the door opened.

 “What do you want? Don’t you annoy me enough at school, though seeing your new face cheers me up a bit.”

“Shut up!” Jess yelled at him, and pulled him off the porch.

“What’s you’re problem?!”

 “Did you do that to Raina?!”

  “Did what to who?!”

  “To SAM?”

“Oh! That whore! I think she happened to be walking down the street and my hand slipped out and kinda karate chopped her pretty hard. Haha”

 “Hmm…Fuckin Ass!” Jess yelled at him, and then punched him in the face. Chris fell to the ground, and Jess was right on top of him, hitting him over and over again for about five minutes, then hopped in his car and drove home, and crashed in his bed.
