                                                     Chapter ten

    I followed Jess inside his little apartment. It was a small one, but the way he placed things made it look like it had more room then what it did.

    I walked into his Bedroom/living room, and sat on his small couch, as he walked into his small kitchen to get us some soda.

   “So uh…what kind do you like? Sprite, or root beer?” Jess asked me holding out to cans.

  I jumped out of the couch and smoothed out my shirt.

 “Uhh…I’m good.”

  “Ok, I’ll leave it on the counter for you just incase then.” Jess said placing root beer down, and opening the sprite and taking a sip.  He walked back over to me. If I was the type of girl who took risks and did what I felt I would be all over him.

   Is this place getting hot or what?!

Sam started taking deep breaths, you could see her chest rising and falling, as she watched Jess walk in front of her. He just stood there, sipping his soda, never breaking eye contact with her.

    It was like it was all slow motion. She watched him take a sip, his head going back ever so slightly. The can slowly breaking contact with his lips, then he would run his tongue every so smoothly, she couldn’t take it anymore.

 As he lowered the can she grabbed his shirt and pulled him to her. Her lips pressed against his. His hands went to her waste and slowly pushed her toward a wall. She opened her mouth to take a breath, and his tongue dove in. She put her hands on his sides and pulled him even closer.

   They were pressed so hard against each other. None of them wanted to break the kiss. So they didn’t…time seemed to fly bye, and her cell phone in her front pocket started to vibrate and ring, breaking them apart.

    They stared at each other, not breaking eye contact, both wanting to feel each other again, but to both of their dismay she answered her cell.

  “Hello.” She answered lowly as she wiped her mouth.

“Where are you?! Chris has been waiting for you for almost an hour!”

“I’m sorry, I got caught up Ma.”

“Well get over here. I don’t understand you! You have an amazing guy waiting on you night and day, and you’re just letting him slip bye.”

 “OK! I’m coming!” And with that Sam hung up her phone.

“I guess that means you have to go.” Jess Said to her, as he put  his hands in his front pockets.

 “Yeah…it does.”

   “Do you need a ride?”

  “That’s ok, it would be best if I walked.”

  “Ok…”

  “I’ll see you tomorrow?” Sam asked Jess with a small smile on her face.


  Jess broke out in a huge smile, “You Def will!!”

And he walked her to the door, and watched her walk away.
