Love is a risk one must take in order to grasp its full meaning. Fear of love is loss of life. A person's soul is never alive until it has experienced true love. I have loved many who've played with my emotions and took me for a roller coaster ride. I have given the best part of me to those who have taken my love for granted and placed me on the side line. I have been hurt numerous times and began to fear love myself. I have protected my heart for a long time trying to prevent any more damage. It hurts to find you take a risk for something that falls apart. What's even worse is when that person doesn't care for you and makes it clear they don't want you to either. When you get pushed so far it’s nearly impossible to return. But everything happens for a reason, it gets you to where you belong. That's why I'm here now.
When something doesn't work it's because it's not suppose to. So don't go asking yourself what it was you did wrong, what it is you didn't do, or if your good enough. The answer is if they don't see the value of what they have, they aren't good enough for you. One day when it’s all too late they'll wish to have your love. Because a real person is hard to find and someone who is pure and true is a diamond. Everyone who passes through may never know how lucky they are to have had a part in your life. So my advice is to keep your pure hearts open and know that love is pain. In the end it's YOU who wins.
