I still remember the day he left very clearly as if it had happened yesterday....

His words so soft and warm in my ear "I love you Babydoll and remember I'll always be thinking about you no matter where I 'm at." And as the tears slowly ran down my face I told him "I love you too and you better not forget about me and I'll be right here waiting for you to come back to me." With that his hands slowly slipped off my waist as he walked down to his plane with his best friend, Ritchie.

So I walked home cold and alone in the rain missing my best friend.

It's been 3 months now and I still miss him like crazy I wish he would come home but he's made it so big in the hip hop industry I couldn't make him give up his dream just so I could have mine but I refuse to give him up at least till I have too.

Today was a day just like every other. My friends Samantha or Sam and Nikki preferrablly Nik-Nik came over and got me to go out to lunch. So here we sit at our favorite little cafe`, The coffee shop, we hear on the radio that the 419 boiz are coming to the Richland County fair grounds over on Home Rd for the fair. (Now remember this is a hip-hop group and BB the guy in the beginning of the story left to make it big in the world of hip-hop.) I looked at Sam and Nik-Nik and said "We gotta get tickets! I have to see my Babyboy. It's been months since I've seen him and weeks since I've heard from him! We are getting those tickets!" Sam and Nik-Nik looked at me and said "KK, honey, we don't even know how much tickets are and you don't even know if he still remembers you or loves you. So do you really wanna get those tickets?" I looked at them "Uhh? Duh? I don't know...What do you think? OF COURSE I WANNA GET THOSE TICKETS!" I yelled loud enough everyone could hear me. After realizing what everyone had just heard I tried to calm down and was feeling a bit embarrassed.

There were two people in the front of the cafe` who had heard everything and were happy to know how badly I wanted them. So they walk up behind me and the next thing I know I've got a pair of hands over my eyes and hear a voice saying "Hey Babydoll. I hear you want those tickets pretty badly."
