I watched out of the window as a white blanket began to cover the fields Justin and I were passing on the way to his parent's house... It had been snowing on and off for 2 days and had only stopped long enough for my parents to agree on letting me go with Justin to his parent's house... "It is so pretty out there!" i said in total awe. "I mean you see stuff like this in magazines and post cards but rarely do you see it in person..""Wow I know!" He said... "You see it to huh?" I replied... "Well the only thing i see is how silly you are!" he laughed and I punched him in the side.. "Gosh girl you hit like a dude!" I smiled very triumphantly...The drive to his parents was getting shorter and shorter... We arrived about 11 am and the snow on the road was already starting to stick... Justin and I were excited at the thought of being snowed in..."Hey guys!" I said as we walked through the door... I saw his dad feeding the horses on the way in and his sister Gina and Marshall were cuddled under a blanket. I didn't see Amber and Justin's mom was busy cleaning in the kitchen.. Justin kissed my cheek and headed out to the barn with his dad... I walked over to the bar and asked arlana, justin's mom, if she needed any help... I could see a crockpot on the counter... She replied "No honey i think I got it... How is everything going?"  We chatted for a while until Justin came back in...

"Its getting kinda deep out there!" he said... His nose was red from the cold and he looked so cute... " So who is up for sledding?"

Everyone jumped up and Justin just giggled.  I hadn't been prepared for sledding. Justin seemed to read my mind as he offered his camo colored bibs... they were much bigger than me but with that a carhart jacket and a cute hat... I was ready to go...

We grabbed his 4 wheeler and something that looked like a sled made out of a car hood and took off through the field... Gina was up first with Justin driving.. He turned sharply tossing her off into the snow... next was marshall and he wasn't lucky enough to fall in the snow.. He landed in a big pile of horse crap lol.. I didn't think we would ever stop laughing...

"Come on honey it will be fun! I will go slow I promise!" Justin begged and I replied, "what the hell but you better be careful and stay away from the horses." It was a blast he slung me around and I only fell off once but the snow was still pretty deep so I decided to make a snow angel... I guess I must have laid there too long since everyone was headed at full speed toward me...

I sat up and laughed like "who got hurt now?" Just slid into and was like, "are you okay? I wasn't going that fast!" I calmed them all down and said "No silly i was making a snow angel which you just ruined.." We all giggled and eventually everyone chose a spot in the snow... marshall's was a little brown...

While justin was laying beside me and i decided to play dirty... I grabbed a big ball of snow and threw it at him hitting his leg... "hey what was that for?" he said trying not to smile... then he tackled me and rolled me around in the snow...

About that time his mom hollered at us that lunch was ready.. We all dragged in. I was freezing but she served chili which I had never had and it was kind of spicy but really good.  The rest of the night went by quickly and since the roads were bad and we couldn't obviously drive home in the snow, even though we had a 4 wheel drive truck... We spent the night huddled on the floor watching movies with his family... I could definitely get used to hanging out with these people... We had an awesome time...
