We pulled up to a frankly, smaller house then i was use to. Our old house most of been lets see 5 rooms, this one barely could be 3. It was a tiny brick home, i guess it was okay.. I just never wanted to move thats all. In the front yard was 3 palm trees with a swinging bench, and on the drive way was a basketball hoop. I'd like to shoot some hoops with that.

We stepped out our car and my dad tossed me the keys. "Go check it out with your sis, i am going to get some groceries" Kayla skipped merely up to the door, at least she liked it. I put the key in the locked and turned it. The door slowly opened and we walked into the medium size living room. The previous owners had left a small couch, and an entertainment center.

Kayla ran off to find her room, as i slowly made my way through and out each room. They were quite small, i guess Florida was this way. I wiped the sweat away from my forhead, Florida was extremely hot despite it was "winter." I walked into the room Kayla was in. She was jumping on the bed happily, "Look Willy!" She smiled at me and i nodded and walked out.

I saw there was 3 rooms, one was tooo small to be a room, maybe an office. Where was i going to sleep? I was confused but told Kayla i was going out and put my ipod on and went to look around. The sun beamed brightly into my eyes and i covered my eyes. I walked down the drive way and looked to the far right. A group of teenage boys, maybe my age, playing football.

I wanted to ask to play, but i would sound like a desperate weirdo. I remained in my yard and laid down on the swing bench. It rocked slowly as i closed my eyes and listened to Drift away By Uncle Cracker. I started to fall asleep when i felt a hand touch my shoulder. "WA?" i jumped up and turned around to see a girl.

"I didn't mean to scare you" the little girl giggled and twirled her dress. "Rebecca?" A womens voice called, as foot prints grew closer. "Rebecca i told you not to run off! You worried me." She said walking up, she was gorgeous. "I am sorry if she bothered you," she smiled with her beautiful white teeth. "No prob, just hanging" I grinned back at her.

"My names Jasmine, you most be my new neighbor?" She put out a hand, I kind shook her hand as i stood up, "Yeah my names William, But some call me Will or Willy." The little girl walked ip to me and poked me, "Yes?" i asked her. "Dolly??" she asked and i wasn't sure what she mean't. "Dolly?" i asked and Jasmine laughed, "She wants to play dolls, well i most be going, caring for her makes me busy" She picked up Rebbeca and walked away.

I right away knew i liked her, she most of been a little bit older, but so what? Also one thing that kept me curious the rest of the day was when she said, "caring for her makes me busy" Did that mean that was her daughter??? I didn't know.

Hours later we had all of our items put away in the house and Dad had dinner ready. We also sorted out the room situation, He of course, had his own room, and the small room was his office. And Kayla and I had to share a room! I was 16, i needed privacy! But of course, Dad got mad when i argued his ruling so i had to deal with it.

Dinner was Crispy chicken, rice, and califlower. It wasn't as great as my Moms cooking, i surely missed it. Although i gave my Dad credit for trying. It most of been a huge deal on him. After dinner i decided to take a walk and check out the neighborhood. This time i approached the group of guys.

"Hey man whats up?" I asked walking up to the Medium height dark one, "Not much, new man?" he asked and i nodded. "I be Ray" he let out a hand and we shook. I started talking to him and his friends, they seemed pretty cool. I played foot ball with them and eventually he asked if i would like to stay over because they were having a party. I hardly knew these dudes, but didn't miss a chance to make friends. After all, what could go wrong?
