He walked on the grass towards me, as an evil grin gets bigger and bigger with every step he takes. My eyes bulged out of my head as Gabe ran up to me as and grabbed me by the waist and then jumped into the pool. I didn’t realize what was going on until I was completely submerged under the water with Gabriel holding me. My clothes feeling heavy on my body as I swam towards the surface, Gabriel dragging me up by my waist. As I popped my head over the surface of the water I glared at Gabriel with evil eyes. He gasped for breath as he treaded water with me, his hair covering his eyes making him look like a wet dog, but a cute wet dog. He smiled at me as I moved my wet hair out of my own face, the ripples from the pool made us both bob up and down as the first stars started to come out and the streetlights began to come on. “So Melody how’s the water?” He said giggling as he splashed me. “Ah, well it would be better if I had expected I would actually be going into the water.” I said shivering. “Oh your shivering, I hope the waters not to cold for you princess.” “Gabe! The water’s freezing; it is almost the middle of winter.” "How about I warm you up?" He dove under the water and grabbed me by the waist as he swam me over to the shallow side of the pool, his legs splashing the water softly enough so water didn't move from the surface but fast enough that he didn't have to come up for air until we were on the steps leading into the pool. When we got to the steps he held onto my waist, still not letting go. I was so intrigued by him, I hadn't even noticed my mother standing at the edge of the pool until Gabe untangled himself from me and motioned with his head towards my mum standing with her arms crossed and a scowl over her face. "Melody? Who's your friend?" She nodded with her head towards Gabriel, a sly smile coming across her face as she took a look at Gabriel getting up out of the pool. "I'm Gabriel Jacobs I just moved into the house down the street. I go to school with Melody." He said before I could answer. "Nice to meet you Gabriel." My mom nodded her head. The smile on her face getting bigger with each glance she stole of Gabriel. My mom had the same look Tiffany had when she first saw Gabe. I could see the want in her eyes and I could hear the lust in her voice. The jealousy rose in me, I just wanted to rip my mom's eyes out so she wouldn't be able to look at my Gabriel. "I think I should get going,” Gabriel said as he got out of the pool and made his way towards the fence he had come over, My mom's eyes getting bigger and the smile on her face getting larger at the sight of Gabriel's wet abs. "I'm still picking you up tomorrow, right Mel?" I was confused for a second, but then I remembered the party. "Oh yea. Tomorrow. What time-" "You’re not going anywhere, you’re grounded." "But mom-” I whined. I wanted to go to that party. I wanted to be with Gabe. I didn't want to be here stuck with my mom for the weekend. "Melody Ann your not going anywhere with this boy you just met. Now, in the house and get those wet clothes off before your dad gets home. "I- Mrs.?" Gabe stuttered. "I know me and Melody just met and all but she is the first person I met at my new school and well I was just wondering if she could please go to this party with me tomorrow?" "Gabriel, you look like a nice boy and all but I really don't want melody to be out at a party." "I understand." Gabe said as he climbed onto the chair next to the fence and swung his leg over. "I'll see you later Mel." He was gone over the fence, But before he went over I saw him wink at me, ever so slightly so that my mum couldn't see it, and I knew that I would still be going to that party tomorrow. I had done as my mum told me too, I went in and changed. Not into the PJ’s she wanted but I still changed. I told her I was going to bed or studying, one of those two but, really I was getting ready to leave for New York. I was debating weather to wear just jeans and a T-shirt or something fancier when Gabriel knocked on my bedroom window. I only had a towel on when I went to go open my bedroom window for him. “Hey Gabe, ummm can you hold on just a second?” I said looking down at the towel around my body, barely covering me. “Yea I guess so.” He said sounding disappointed. I closed the window AND my bedroom curtain and then grabbed a pair of undies out of my top drawer along with a bra. After I had my privates covered I ran and put on the jeans and a T-shirt I had on the bed. The tight fit of the red Mickey Mouse shirt looked good but I felt like a six year old getting ready to go out but, I couldn’t let Gabriel sit outside on his own. I decided that what I had on was perfect enough. I went to open the window for him but, decided not to let him in right away. I stud with the curtains open teasing Gabriel as he balanced on the banister of the back porch. He smiled when I placed my face up against the glass and kissed it. Acting like a little kid, with my Mickey Mouse shirt and silly faces I soon forgot that I still hadn’t had any make-up on. I must have look so bad. I turned around and headed for the bathroom but turned around yet again to let Gabriel in before he lost his balance and fell. “Melody you're such a dork.” He said as he climbed over the window sill. “Yea I know.” “Mickey Mouse? Very Mature. It fits you well ma dear,” Gabriel Exclaimed. “But young lady this is a big kid’s party and I think you would fit in a lot better if you wore something a little not so second grade.” He laughed at his own joke. “Well how about you pick out my outfit while I go put some make-up on, sound like a plan?” “Sounds good.” I made my way into the bathroom, finally. First going to the mirror to see how bad I looked, which really wasn’t that bad but, not my best. I took out my make-up bag from under the sink. Pulling out black mascara, eyeliner and a palette of eye shadows in various shades of blue. I didn’t know what Gabe was going to have me wear so I decided to stick to neutral colors. A lightish blue eye shadow and a thin line of liner and I look close to great. But, before I could even think about leaving this bathroom I had to do something with my hair. I grabbed the hair straightener and curled my hair into little ringlets. I was just about to finish the last curl when Gabriel knocked on my bathroom door. “Hey, princess we don’t have all day.” He said laughing, again at his own joke. “Did you pick out my clothes?” I said as I packed up my mess and hid it under the sink. “Yea I did.” He said giggling. I could only wonder as of what it is he picked out for me too wear. “Can I come in?” He said as I reached for the door handle. It turned under my grip. “I guess so.” I smiled as we both stood in the door way. Gabriel holding my favorite light blue thong in his right hand. My mouth dropped when he held it up and said. “Okay, here’s what you’re wearing.” He giggled at my mouth hanging to the floor. “I don’t think so Mr.” “But it matches your make up!” This was true. “Yea well a dog’s ass matches your face but I don’t see you wearing one.” Which was so NOT true but I was just teasing and he knew that. “Okay, Okay how about you wear the jeans you have on now and this shirt.” He said as he held up a light green tube top. “Yea I guess so.” I snatched the thong out of his hand and threw it behind me. The lacy mess landing in the bathtub. I grabbed the shirt Gabe held in his hand and slammed the door in his face.
