Since our next class was the same, Amaury decided to accompany me to my locker. As we walked through the door, I noticed that a lot of people were staring at us. Not so much me, but mainly Amaury reminding me once again how adorable he was.

I went over to an empty table and sat my stuff down. Sure enough, he was next to me pulling out my chair and the one next to it.

 After I sat down and took a deep breath he started talking again. "Is something wrong?" he asked. His voice was full of concern. "You look as if you've seen a ghost or something."

Yeah, I thought to myself, or something. He was definitely something.

"No, nothing is wrong. I just get a little nervous when I see..." Was I seriously about to say that I knew he's a vampire? I had just met Amaury, and I wanted to get to know him more. If I told him about me knowing, he would surely never talk to me again. That was only if he chose to stay.

 "When you see what?" he asked cautiously.

"Nothing. Nothing at all,"I replied looking him straight in the eyes. Big mistake. Just then I completely lost my train of thought. After what seemed like hours, Amaury finally looked away.

The rest of the day was exactly the same. Amaury asked me questions every chance he got and sat by me in every class. When the day was finally over, Amaury offered to drive me home. I accepted and we got into his car. The music had been turned up all the way and I jumped as it blared out of the speakers. He turned the music down and looked in my direction.

Just then he leaned toward me and sniffed the air. I froze as he lifted my arm and smelled my wrist. Oh god, he's going to bite me. I thought as he opened his mouth and inhaled. Looking up at my face, he obviously knew something was wrong. He started the car and raced out of the parking lot without saying a word.

When he pulled into my driveway, he looked over at me. I instantly froze as he leaned toward me again. He pulled back and put his head against the seat.

"Tell me what's bothering you," he said in a voice that was almost impossible to resist.

"No," I said in a firm voice," I don't feel like talking about it."

"Please?" he said gently grabbing my jaw to make me look at him.

"I just don't know how you will react. I'm scared you might not talk to me if I tell you," I said quickly."

"You don't have to worry about that," he replied, stunning me and releasing my face. "Please tell me. I feel like I have to know. I'm not sure why but-"

"I know what you are," I said suddenly.

"What?" he asked in a suprised tone.

"I know what you are. I know you're a vampire."
