"Hey! Whoa, whoa! What are you doing! Stop! You guys need to stop! Like, Now!"

We broke appart and I sat up, looking around to see who had called out to us. I saw a figure, what looked like a girl aroung 16, flip us off and yell "Get off my man! You... and he may not know it yet, but he is m-i-n-e, MINE!" And with that the odd figure laughed an odd laugh and ran off towards the street.

I turned over and looked ar Zeth, blushing redder then I had before, but at the same time waiting to see if he was going to give me any answers about what had just happened. "Zeth," I said in a quiet voice after neither of us spoke for about 30 seconds "Do you know about that?"

Zeth sighted. "I think that was Tessa. She is in my year at high school and has had a mad crush on me, but you see, she is kinda a psycho. That's why I think it might be her. Miranda, I am honestly so sorry."

I looked into his amazing blue eyes and I could tell he was telling the truth, it was just a feeling I got, but I went with it. "It's ok Zeth. I don't blame you at all. Maybe it wasn't even Tessa, it coulda just been some random person who wanted to freak us out for no reason."

"Yeah, maybe." He responded, not sounding at all convinced.

I stood up and said "Yeah, umm, well maybe we should head home. It's getting late, and I need to make dinner for my little brother Freddy. Our dad is working the night shirt again."

"What about your mom?" said Zeth casually.

"She left our dad, me, and Freddy when Fredy turned 6. I had just turned 9, and apparently she just couldn't handle it anymore." I said, looking down.

"Oh, I'm sorry Miranda. I didn't know, and I think it's great that you're helping take care of your brother." He responded, taking my hand. We stood on the beach just watching the sunset for a couple more miniutes, then turned and started to head home. We reached our street and eventually came to my front door. It looked like Freddy was home from school already, because most of the lights in the house were on, and I turned them off before I left. "Bye Zeth. I had fun. It was nice getting to see the neighborhood."

"I had fun too Miranda, thanks for letting me take you around." Said Zeth, leaning in to give me a goodbye kiss.

"Tisk, tisk, Zethan! Didn't we learn our lesson before." I said, followed by a big smile. "See you later." And with that I gave him a quick peck on the cheek and walked into my house.

I hope you all liked this chapter, I was home sick from school today so I got a chance to write it sooner then I expected. Again, not sure how many, but I am gonna wait untill I have a number of rates and comments before I post the next chapter! Thanks for reading!
