We did it until we both fell asleep, and when I woke up, it was only ten o’ clock, but I woke Sho up, because I had to go by Laura and-
I still have her house key!
“Oh, Sho, wake up, oh no, wake up, it’s ten o’ clock!!!” I exclaimed.
“Huh, what’s up? What’s wrong?” he asked.
“I gotta go, I told you that!” I yelled.
“Won’t you just lay back down Cee, please.”
I picked up my cell phone on the floor besides my side of the bed.
I had 19 missed calls and 8 text messages. All from Laura.
“C’mon, Sho, that girl can’t get inside, I got her key! You gotta bring me back.”
“When I get up, I’ll bring you back…”
“C’mon now Sho, or I’ma take your car and go home myself…”
“Alright, go clean yourself up right fast, then come back and get me up…” he said.
I went to the bathroom and took a wash off then I put my clothes back on.
Then I called Laura to see if she was alright.
When she answered the phone, she was MAD.
“Hello?”
“Bitch! Where is you AT???!!!” she yelled through the phone.
“I’m in the Bronx…” I said.
“Well did you tell him?” she asked.
“Yes, I told him.”
“And what happened what he said? What he did?” she questioned.
“He was happy about it…. I just don’t know whether or not I’m ready.”
“Cee you gon’ be alright, believe that, you got a lot of people behind you, and I’m one of them… foreal.” she said. “So…… what else happened between you and Sho, you been gone all day… y’all must’ve been fucking, huh?”
“Yeah,” I chuckled. “But I was mad at him, and now I feel stupid that I did give him some…”
“Why, what happened this time?”
“You know, when y’all had went to the store, I caught him posted up with Shaneka when I was going to your house.”
“What? And what he said?”
“Nothing, all he was doing was shitting out the mouth. I’m really tryna keep my trust in him, cause I love him. But, he got me skeptic because I’m always catching him in the act of something, and he always got something stupid to say, and it be a whole different thing than what he said before….”
“Girl…. Well ain’t that’s that tea…. That hoe Shaneka, oh yes, I got it out for her…”
“No, you ain’t got shit out for her, I got that bitch, I’ma catch her slipping, oh one day I will… buh-leeh-that.” I said.
“Well I been at Nadia house all day since somebody had my key and I couldn’t get in my house, so just call me when you leave.”
“We finna leave in a li’l bit, soon as I wake Sho up, and I’m about to go do that right now.”
“Well alright…” she said.
“Alright… wait, y’all had got some food for the sleep over then?” I asked.
“Yeah… we got boo-coo shit too!”
“Boo-Coo?” I teased.
“Bitch, you know what that mean!”
“Bye girl…” I said.
We hang up with each other and I went back to the room and woke Sho up.
He went and took a shower and ain’t get out for a whole fucking hour, and that shit made me mad because he knew I was ready to go…
“What’s wrong?” he asked when he got out.
“What took you so long? You know I was ready to go. Laura ‘nem waiting on me.”
“Alright… c’mon…”
He grabbed a fresh white T and we left….
“You still gon’ take me to the doctor tomorrow, ain’t you?” I asked.
“Yeah, I’ma take you to the doctor.”
“Okay, well take me to Nadia’s house, that’s where Laura and all them at.”
“So, y’all really having this li’l sleepover huh?”
“Yeah, what’s wrong with that…”
“Who gon’ all be there?” he asked.
“Me, Laura, Nadia, Nadia’s sister, Kelley, and this girl named Samantha.”
“And it’s just all y’all girls? I want go to the sleep over, too.”
“Shut up, that’s sad…”
“You know what, I’m glad we had that talk… and I’m sorry if I hurted you in any kind of way, because I love you, and I’ma make this up to you, alright?” he said.
I nodded my head.
“Gimme kiss, bay.”
I reached over and kissed him on the cheek.
“Oh, and what about my birthday? You know its right round the way. What we gon’ do?”
“I don’t even much know, I really had forgot…” he said.
“You forgot? How you gon’ forget my birthday?” I said getting mad at him all over again.
“I was just busy with some street shit, ya dig? C’mon bay, I’m sorry, you gotta cut me some slack, please just understand, aiight?”
“Whatever Calvin, what fucking ever!” I yelled. “You know what, let me out this car…”
As soon as we pulled up in front the building Nadia stayed in, I jumped out the car and slammed his door shut…
Sho got out right behind me, and followed.
“I guess I’ma have to get use to this,” he said.
“Get use to what?” I asked.
“You and your pregnant ass mood swings.”
“Sho, shut up,” I chuckled.
I hated him for making me laugh when I was mad, because now I wasn’t even angry at him anymore…
“Ah, see, I know just what to do to make you smile…”
He snuck up next to me and kissed me on the cheek.
“Won’t you cut it out!” I snapped.
He slapped me on the ass.
“You better stop that.” I said.
“Oh, yeah,” he said as he squeezed it. “Cause I’ma get my own dick hard.”
“You one nasty person…”
“Yeah, watch I hit you with that wam again…”
“Hit me with that what?” I asked.
“You don’t know nothing bout that girl…”
“I know, because I ain’t understand what the hell you just said.”
I knocked on Nadia’s front door and Laura answered.
“Bout time you get here… and Sho still with you, well he could give us a ride to my house…” she said.
“Damn, why you volunteering me like that?” Sho said.
He just walked on in Nadia’s house and sat on the couch, making his self comfortable.
I went over by him and sat on his lap.
“She finally told you Sho?” Laura asked.
“Yeah, she told me that I knocked her up.” Sho said.
“Sho, don’t say that like that!” I yelled.
“Why? What’s wrong?”
“Because, that make it sound like you don’t care when you say that shit like that.”
“Damn, love, why you tripping on me, you know I don’t mean no harm…”
He kissed me on my neck.
“Stop kissing all on me like that…”
“Y’all look some cute,” Nadia walked in the living room and said when she saw us.
“We know,” Sho said.
“You know y’all got a li’l one on the way huh?” Kim said.
“Damn, if I wouldn’t have told him, y’all sure would have!” I said.
“It’s aiight bay, I’m glad you told me Calvin Jr. on his way…”
“CALVIN????” Laura exclaimed. “What brother, that’s your real name?”
“Yeah, man…” he said.
“Well fuck you too.”
“I’m sorry sister, yeah that’s my real name…”
“Okay though Calvin Sr.” I said. “Who said it was a boy though?”
“Man, it’s gon’ be a boy…”
“Well right now, it’s a it because neither one of us know what it is…”
“Alright, love, you right though, you right…”
“Say y’all, where the food at?” I asked.
“Right there in the kitchen,” Kim gestured.
“Oh, what all y’all got?”
“We got chips, candy, cookies, soda, ice cream, girl anything you could think of.”
“How y’all get all that???” I asked.
“We all hustled some money, put that shit together, and VOI-LA. We got food.”
“That’s what’s up…” I said. “Say y’all, Sho want come to our sleepover…”
“Oh yeah, and then me, Celicia, and one of y’all, we gon’ have a threesome.”
“Boy, shut up!” I yelled.
I bat him up side the head.
“I’m sorry bay… bay, I was just playing…” he said.
“I know you was just playing…”
“Yeah, but you know you got my baby in here girl…” he said caressing my belly.
“It’s not even big, you can’t even tell I’m pregnant, cause I’m not that far…”
“Ooh, I just felt it KICK!” he exclaimed.
I laughed at him.
“No you didn’t!” I said.
“I know bay… but you gon be fine when you get pregnant… your stomach and your booty gon’ be sticking out, ugh, you gon look crazy,” he teased.
I burst to laughter.
“You just said I’ma be fine…!”
“You is; you gon get thicker too, watch…” he said.
“How somebody gon’ be fine when they pregnant, you is just nasty.” I teased.
“I’ma still be working that ass when you pregnant… ooh, we gon fuck every night, watch.”
“No we ain’t either… not when I get big…” I said.
“You know they say that’s good to do that when you pregnant,” Laura added.
“Well I’m gon find all that out for myself real soon…”
“You sure is.”
“When I do have my baby, I wonder where you gon be at…” I told Sho.
He looked at me like he was offended.
“What you mean?” he asked. “I’ma be right there with you. I’ma be in the delivery room helping the doctors with your labor. I’ma be doing it to, yeah. I’ma have on my blue scrubs. Yeah, I’ma be so fresh. Then when I see the baby coming, I’ma faint like they be doing on TV.” he joked.
Everybody laughed.
“Boy you is so crazy Sho… but I love you though brother.” Laura said. “You just bet not fuck over my sister right there…”
“Who? Nah, never that. I ain’t gon mess over her…” he vowed.
“Say brother, we got a lot more to talk about since this baby gon be coming.”
I looked at Sho and Laura, curious about what they was talking about.
“Like what?” Sho asked.
Laura walked over and whispered in his ear.
“Oh, right- right…” Sho said. “Well then I’ma have to get my money right.”
“What y’all talking about?” I asked.
“Don’t worry about all that,” Laura said.
“Say, man… we need to catch ya girl slipping though y’all,” Kim added, interrupting the subject…
“Who?” Laura asked.
“Shaneka…”
“Oh yeah brother, what’s up with that huh?”
“Man, fuck that!” I said. “We discussed that, so you know what, it’s history, that’s between me and Sho, and since we resolved it, I got it in for Shaneka…”
“No, love,” Sho said.
“No what?” I asked.
“I’m not gon let you get out there and fight while you carrying my child love, you ain’t gon’ lose my child in no bullshit.”
“Sho, don’t talk about me losing the baby, damn I barely have one yet.”
“Yeah but, we need to slow down a li’l bit, love…”
“Oh, you wanna slow down???? Damn. I must be having one hell of a child.”
“Cee,” Sho said, sounding offended. “Don’t say no shit like that. You gon’ have my first child, and you don’t know how important that is to me…”
Sho looked me in the eyes.
I almost wanted to cry when I noticed how sincere he was.
I reached over and kissed him on the lips.
“Alright y’all two lovebirds, we ready!” Nadia yelled coming from her room with a bag of clothes…
“I’m coming to the sleepover for real, yeah.” Sho confirmed.
“Alright, you could sleep in John room, you and Cee could…”
“You really truly think you sleeping by them people house.” I said.
“I’m is,” he said.
“Well, I need to go get me some clothes, too.”
“Uh uh,” Sho said. “You don’t need none.”
“Stop all that playing…” I said.
Everybody got all our food and stuff, then we left Nadia house.
Once we left, we made a stop at my house and I got me some clothes. Surprisingly, D was home. He was asleep on the couch, so I was glad Laura came inside with me instead of Sho. When he heard me come in the house, he actually woke up.
“Hey!” he called. “Where you going?”
“She coming by my house, I’m having a sleepover…” Laura answered for me.
“Oh, really, well let me get up and drop y’all off…”
“Um, no!” I said. “We already got a ride…”
“With who?” he asked.
“My cousin,” Laura lied.
“Your cousin???”
“Yeah, so we aiight…”
“Yeah, okay whatever, I’ma call and ask your moms if Celicia was over there, too.”
I looked at D and rolled my eyes.
Oh so all of a sudden when he hears shit about me sleeping around, he wanna act so damned concerned.
“Laura, let’s go, we gotta hurry up and get the food to your house…” I reminded.
“Well have fun…” D said giving me a suspicious glare.
I looked back at him and rolled my eyes.
“What was that about?” Laura asked.
“For all that I’m concerned, fuck D.” I said.
“Oh, you really feel like that?” a voice said behind us.
I looked back and D was standing in the doorway.
“D I’m sorry, I was just-”
“Whatever,” he said.
“D you know I didn’t mean-”
“I’m glad you feel that way,” he said.
He slammed the front door in my face.
I looked back at Laura and felt like crying.
“Cee, just c’mon…” she said.
When we got back in the car, Sho looked at me, and was able to tell something was wrong. And soon as I got in the car, he asked me.
“What’s wrong, love?”
“Nothing,” I said.
“What, it’s your brother or something?” he asked.
“Yeah, but, I don’t want talk about it though…”
“Why?”
“Because, I just don’t. Just bring us by Laura house…”
And so that’s what he did.
He bought us straight to Laura’s house, and when we got there, Laura ordered pizza and all us was just chilling and watching TV.
Me and Sho was cuddling on the couch while everybody else sat on the floor.
Even Samantha came over here and she had bought some kind of alcohol, and said she was gonna make us some “Daiquiri’s.”
“That’s what’s up,” Laura said. “Oh, you gon’ make daiquiri’s, let me help you.”
So Laura assisted her with that.
“Say, bay…” Sho whispered in my ear.
“What???”
“Let’s go in the room…” he said.
“No, Sho, we staying in here like everybody else…” I said.
“Alright love… I got all night to put you to bed…”
“You sure do,” I teased.
Knock! Knock! Knock!
There was a knock at Laura’s front door.
At first, was a little nervous because I thought it would probably be my brother tryna check on me, but after our altercation, I knew he was disgusted at me.
Nadia got up and answered the door, and it was Rob, Wheezy, Brandon, and Arana at the door…
“Uh UH!” Laura yelled. “What the fuck y’all doing at my house!!!”
“Sho called us man, he told us to come here…” Rob said. “Y’all got some food?”
“Laura ordered some pizza…”
“Ordered Pizza?” he exclaimed. “Ordered Pizza?”
“Yeah…”
“Oh, shit y’all ain’t gon never get it…”
“Why?” Laura asked.
“Man. Ain’t no fucking pizza man gon’ deliver no fucking pizza in these projects this time of night…”
“You don’t know that.” Laura said.
“I bet you your ass that they won’t…”
He walked behind Laura and slapped her on the booty.
“Say Rob, don’t play with my li’l sister like that…” Sho said.
“Lord… look at you, you already got your li’l accessory, huh.”
“Accessory???” I snapped. “I ain’t no fucking accessory. I’m his main thing. And if I was his accessory, then I would be a diamond…”
“That’s what’s up…. Yeah, and you got a li’l one growing in that belly, huh girl?”
“How you know?” I asked.
“Don’t worry bout all that…” he said. “Just know that I know.”
“Well. Say, since they got boys here y’all, lets play truth or dare,” Nadia suggested.
“Aiight,” the boys agreed.
Everybody gathered around…
“Okay, um…. Brandon? Truth or dare?”
“Uhhh, truth…”
“Is it true you use to like Celicia?”
“Uhhh….” Brandon paused and glanced at Sho, scared to answer the question.
“If you don’t answer, then you gon have to stick your hand in the toilet,” Laura added.
That was good, though, because it gave the game more of a twist.
“Yeah, it- it’s true…” he finally admitted.
“Okay… Celicia? Truth or Dare?”
“Dare,” I challenged.
“Okay, um… let me do this one,” Laura said. “I dare you to pull out Sho dick and kiss it.”
“WHAT?” I yelled.
Sho just started laughing…
“Alright, alright, I’m playing… Cee, I dare you to kiss Wheezy…”
“Huh???” Wheezy said.
It seemed like all these dudes were spooked by me because of Sho being around. But if he wasn’t around, they would have taken complete advantage.
“Just a peck on the lips… or you could go stick your hand in the toilet.”
“No, you ain’t finna kiss another nigga…” Sho said.
“It’s just a game,” I said.
I went over and kissed Wheezy gently on the lips, and went back by Sho.
I sat on his lap, and he pushed me off of him. I could tell he was pissed off, so now I’m sure he could imagine how I felt when I saw him with Shaneka, then.
“Alright, Sho, it’s your turn now,” Nadia said. “Truth or Dare?”
“DARE.”
“Aiight. I dare you to kiss Laura…”
“FUCK NOOO!” Laura yelled. “Man, no, that’s my brother, I’m ain’t finna kiss him, I’ll go stick MY hand in the toilet, because I ain’t finna disrespect my friend and kiss him, nope, no, I ain’t doing it…”
“Aiight, aiight… well then, Sho, I dare you to kiss…. Samantha.”
“Alright…” he said.
He got up and went over and kissed Samantha on the lips.
To me it looked a li’l too serious, how they just looked at each other and shit after he kissed her…
“What was that?” I asked as he came back over by me.
“It’s just a game, remember?”
“Well, y’all is just a mess. Y’all tryna break Celicia and Sho up with these stupid dares?” Kelley butted in.
“Well what about you, Kelley?” Nadia asked. “Truth or Dare.”
“Truth….”
“Is it true that Derrick fucking another girl and still tryna kick it with you, knowing that you two months pregnant….?” Nadia said.
“Now see, you ain’t even have to go there…”
“Whatever, girl…”
“Okay, Wheezy, truth or dare?” Laura said.
“Truth,” he said.
“Aiight. Is it true that my brother, Sho… intimidate y’all li’l niggas?”
“I respect dude and all,” Wheezy said. “But shit I’ma admit, fuck, truth..”
Laura burst out laughing.
“Ah! That’s what’s up, son… it don’t make you scary to admit no shit like that. You one dumb ass nigga but that’s what’s up…” Laura said.
“Man, you know it’s all good, son,” Sho said.
He dapped Wheezy off.
“Alright, Robert!” Nadia said.
“What’s up with it?”
“Truth or dare?”
“Triple dare,” he challenged.
“Oh, triple dare, huh???? Okay. Well I dare you…. I dare you… to go in the bathroom and show Laura what you working with.”
“What I’m working with???”
“Yeah, show her your li’l package….”
“My package?” he said.
“Your dick, man!” Arana finally said.
“Aiight, if she want see it…”
He looked at Laura and smiled.
She smiled back.
“Who, I don’t care me,” Laura said.
“Aiight…”
We watched as they both got up, and went to the bathroom and locked the door.
There was silence ever since.
“Aiight, it don’t take a long time to show her your li’l worm either,” I teased.
“Worm!” Laura yelled from the bathroom. “Trade working with a Anaconda!”
Everybody bust out laughing.
“Aiight, y’all could come out then!” Sho said.
But they stayed in the bathroom.
“Well make sure you got a rubber!” Arana called out.
“Aiight, Arana,” I said. “Truth or Dare?”
“Dare…” he said. “Dare me to kiss you.”
“Alright, I dare you to kiss me…”
He walked over to me, with his eyes clothes, and his lips puckered.
Sho pushed him away.
“Man, you better sit your li’l bony ass down , tryna kiss my girl…”
“But they DARED me dude, I gotta do it or I have to stick my hand in the toilet dude! I don’t wanna do that, dude,” he mimicked.
“Man, go sit down, man…”
“Aiight, I dare you to kiss Nadia, Arana…”
“Alright, I’ll do that…”
At first Nadia wouldn’t let him kiss her, but then she finally surrendered and let him kiss her on the cheek…
“Okay… Samantha… truth or dare?” I asked.
“Truth,” she said.
“Is it true that you might be feeling Sho?”
“Cee, c’mon, don’t do that…”
“Game over!” Nadia called.
“Hey, man, tell Laura and Rob to bring they ass out that bathroom, they been in there for a good minute,” Brandon said.
“Stop cock blocking,” Arana teased.
“I’m saying though…”
“Aiight, man I’m hungry. The pizza ain’t here, I’m starvin’ live Marvin.” I said.
“Here!”
Nadia tossed me a bag of chips from the kitchen.
I opened them and started eating it. It was a big bag too, and I ate ‘em all by myself.
Then after I ate that, I ate some ice cream and then I ate some cookies, and then I ate some chips and dip…
“Dang, girl,” Sho teased.
“Well, we finna go now…” Samantha said.
“Goodnight y’all…” Wheezy said.
“Wait, where Rob at-”
Soon as Arana said that, Rob and Laura came tumbling out the bathroom door, fixing they clothes…
“Say Laura! What the hell you was doing with that fucking li’l boy?!” Sho yelled.
“Nothing,” she said. “Goodnight, Rob…”
“Goodnight… girlfriend…”
“Girlfriend?” I said.
“He asked me and I said yeah… that’s why we was in the bathroom so long, we was talking,” she lied.
“What y’all was talking about that got your hair all sweaty and messed up and shit?” Sho said…
“You busted,” I said.
“Man, fuck y’all. All in my mix. I’m going to bed…”
“You better wash your li’l coochie first!” I teased.
“Mind your business…” Sho said.
“I’m ready for bed, too…”
“Aiight…”
We both went to John’s room, then shut and locked the door.
“Man, I wish I had some weed,” Sho said.
“Why?” I asked.
“Because, I need a blunt,” he said.
“Oh, look!” I exclaimed.
I picked up a deck of cards and showed them to Sho.
“Wanna play strip poker…?” I asked.
“First of all, we ain’t gotta play no li’l games to get naked. Second of all, I don’t know how to play…” he said.
“Well what do you know how to play?”
“Pity Pat, Spades, Deuces…”
“I know what Spades is. Deuces sound familiar, but what’s Pity Pat?”
“Let me teach you how to play, and then we could play that.”
“Alright…” I said.
“Hey, but we still gotta strip…”
“Alright. I agree to all terms and conditions,” I said.
“You crazy girl, you know that?”
“Whatever, just teach me how to play…”
“All you really doing is matching the cards. You get five cards. Say you have two of the same cards in your hand, that’s a pair. So basically, the cards that don’t have a match, you wait until it’s match come up, you know, while I’m plucking the deck,” he explained.
“Okay, I think that I get it,” I said.
“Let me show you right quick…”
He dealed himself a hand and he demonstrated to me how to play the game…
“Oh, that’s easy!” I exclaimed once I finally caught up to it.
“Well aiight, you ready to play?”
“Yeah…” I said.
“First, we both gotta take off our shoes, so we ain’t got no easy way out when we gotta start stripping and shit…”
“That’s not fair!” I said as I slipped off my shoes and socks.
“Yeah it is fair… now you wanna deal the cards, or you want me to deal?”
“You deal…” I said.
“Aiight….”
He dealed us both a hand and we started to play.
“I hope you ready to come out them clothes, then love…”
“Whatever… We gon see what you gon say, when you be standing there naked,” I teased.
“Aiight we will see…”
A few games later, Sho was sitting across from me with nothing but his boxers on. And all I could do was laugh.
“How you taught me how to play this game, and I’m beating you????” I teased.
“Whatever, deal my hand, and I’ma show you…” he threatened.
“Okay…”
This time I dealed him a hand…
“Oh, wow,” he said.
“Wow what?” I asked.
“I got a pat hand…”
I looked down at my hand. I had a pat hand, too. A pat hand was when you were on the verge of “going out” and when you “go out” that means you win the game.
“I’m pat, too…” I said.
“Okay, it’s your front…”
The first card was on me, and so since I didn’t need it, I passed it to Sho.
“I don’t need it either. So pluck the deck…”
I plucked the deck and a five came up. It was on Sho.
“You need that?” I asked.
“No…”
I plucked again and the jack came up, then the king, four, seven, three, eight, six….
Neither of us needed it. So that’s when I knew we both was pat for the same card.
“Ten,” I said as it came out the deck. “And I’m out…”
“No you not! I’m out… that ten is on me!” he exclaimed.
“You cheated!” I accused.
“Naah, I just been letting you win. And now I ain’t gon let you win no more games until I got you in your panties…” he said. “Now, come out that shirt.”
“I’m not taking off my shirt,” I said.
“Well… you better do something, then…”
I stood up and slid off my pants…
“Yeah… ooh, now turn around, let me see that ass…”
“Stop playing! And deal so I could win…”
“Aiight, we gon’ see,” he said.
“Whatever, you’re not gonna win…”
I dealed us new hands. It was Sho’s front this time.
“Pity PAT!”
He won another game, just that fast.
“Sho, you is cheating! How you won that game that fast! You are really cheating!” I yelled.
“Well what you gon’ take off now, them panties, or that shirt?”
“Shut up, cheater….”
I stood up and pulled off my shirt.
Sho got up, too and walked over to me.
“Let me help you with that…” he said.
He reached around me an unsnapped my bra.
“What are you doing?”
“C’mon, you gon lose the next game anyway…” he teased.
He started kissing me on my neck and he was hitting all my hotspots.
“All we do is fuck, Sho… that’s why I’m pregnant now.”
“You should have been told me you was pregnant. You ain’t suppose to keep no shit like that from me…” he said pulling down my panties.
We started kissing and he carried me to the bed.
He lied me down and pulled down his boxers.
Then we fucked.
