I was in a whole different state of mind after that. He was everything I had ever wanted and more. His name was Sean. Now I guess I was being a bitch towards him earlier in the Jacuzzi tub, but I was slightly upset. We were only in Indiana for a few days, but those days will always be the highlight of my life. I opened my eyes and looked into his wondering where this courageous act had come from. We shortly had to part, it was time for the rating ceremony on the 50-yard line, so we all had to get ready and pile up on the buses. When we arrived at the dome, I found myself constantly searching for this stranger. I couldn’t stop smiling, nor thinking about this gorgeous guy.
The band and the color guard were instructed to take our seats in the stands while the drum majors went to the 50 yard line to receive our division rating. Of course, as Mr. Harris had plainly stated, we received a division one rating which meant we would be advancing to semi-finals. We celebrated for a few minutes and then were told to look around for an hour and were specifically instructed to be back on the buses by 8 pm. Which, an hour gave me more than enough time to find Sean and that I did. I finally located him sitting in the top bleacher waving for me to come up there to him. I just shook my head no and motioned for him to come to me. As you and I both know, boys will be boys, so he high tailed it down to where I was standing. With a huge grin on his face, he grabbed my hand and pulled me to a secluded area, where he started kissing me all over and caressing my body.
“Sean, wait! What are you doing?” I asked.
“I just can’t wait any longer!” he stated. “I have to have you now! All of you!”
“Here? Now? But Sean I’m not ready yet…I’m sorry! We just met, and I’m still a virgin, and I most certainly don’t think this is a very romantic spot nor a good idea for me to lose my “V” in the dome with some random guy that I just met! It’s going to take a lot more than that from you if you want to get into these jeans babe!” I exclaimed.
Apparently I hit a nerve, because he didn’t even look at me before he walked off. Honestly, I wanted to so badly and yet I realized that I made a very wise decision, but the question was “Would I ever see him again? And if so, will he even recognize my presence?” I pondered over that question all night long….it was going to be a long night.
