Not another dream!! This time am not in the same room. There’s no bed, no cradle nothing familiar at all. Am in a hall someplace, I can hear pretty clearly that someone is fighting. At my right there’s a door and that’s were the yelling is coming from. I look inside and there they are Ben and Darian. Darian is yelling “She is mine don’t come close to her” This is the only thing I could understand of the conversation. Then I saw myself I was running to get in the middle of them. When I finally get in the middle of them I collapse and just like that am back to my own reality. It’s almost the same here am on the floor in the middle of them. They’re looking at me.  

Darian says “I told you to keep away from her”

Ben says “This is not my fault is yours for coming back”      

Darian says “Did you think I was going to let her be with you?”  

Ben says “Let her be happy for once she love me and you know it”

Darian says “Am pretty sure she loves none at the moment”   

Then I opened my eyes and yell “Stop fighting about me. Am not an object and I belong to neither of you go away leave me alone” Ben looked at me and said: “As you wish, but remember this he is not who he says he is” and then he left. I immediately looked at Darian and said: “Look I don’t care what Ben said because I don’t know you and to tell you the truth I don’t know him either. I just want to be left alone. Neither of you are important in my life so go make one of your own.”  But while I said this something inside me told me I was lying. That me wanting it or not, these two boys were and are a great part of my life. 

Darian looked at me and I could see his eyes were shining like he was about to cry. But that’s weird why would he cry? I couldn’t stop myself so I asked. Darian answered: “You really don’t understand this, you don’t remember. What would you do when you’ve been waiting your whole life for the love of your life actually found her and she tells you with hatred in her eyes to go and get a life? Damn Kathy you can’t even start to understand how much I love you”     

What could I say after all this I mean he sounded sincere enough. In his eyes it looked like actual love. When I first saw him I did see his eyes glow when he found mine. But Ben did warn me that he isn’t what he says he is. Am so confuse I can’t think straight. At that moment the first tear fell on my hand. Oh how I wish I could believe him. “Look Darian am sorry but I don’t know you I’ll se you around.”  I never thought of myself as a bitch but that’s what I am at this moment I just left there crying a boy for me. He ran after me and said: “ Just keep in mind this I love you and no matter what you say or what happens it would never change I mean it never has before”  I had no answer to this other than to smile and walk away. I was late for my second class. Then just for a second I saw myself in one of those dreams looking at Darian with anger and hatred. I most have made the right choice in not trusting him.
