Just Another Love Story Prologue
A young girl walks down stairs to the entry way in there mansion. They are going to meet her father’s best friend, who is very rich, and his son. They want to get there kids together. They think if they make them meet, they will grow on each other and then they will inherit there parent’s money and they will become the richest people in the world. Now the young girl or the boy knows nothing about this. They think it is just another get together and this time they were allowed to join. Well that is what the girl thought. The boy really didn’t think much. Even though he was only seven he was very much spoiled. Unlike the boy the young girl was very thoughtful. She was caring and friendly, even though she had servants, well she didn’t think of them that way she thought of them as older friends, and she never asked to much just something very tiny here and there. That is probably why none of them had a problem doing the little things she asked. Now on the other hand the boy’s servants where all sick of him. He made them all want to strangle him, so I guess he was lucky they were at the young girl’s house. Then again now these servants would hate him too. The young girl stands next to her father and he looks at her like he is saying introduce your self as he gives her a little nudge. She takes a step forward and does a little curtsy and says, “Hi my name is Jessica.”
The young boy wasn’t really listening. He was just thinking how girly she was, and how girls had cooties. It was typical boy stuff at that age. His father gave him a little push and the boy knew what to do. “Hi my name is Marcus. Pleased to me you Jess-Jess-Jess.”
“Jessica,” she told him.
“Yes, Jessica.” He really didn’t know what her name was.
Jessica’s father gestured for a butler to take the children out to play, so the grown ups could talk.
“Come on children. Let’s go outside,” said the butler leading them to the door. Once they were out the door the father’s went into a den to talk about money. It is nothing to hear about, but outside Jessica was running around. Marcus was just looking at her like what is she thinking. She is such a dork. Jessica loved the outdoors. She loved nature. Her first words were pretty butterfly. She had said that when her mom was there. She had to leave is the words her father told Jessica. No she didn’t die. She had to go and take care of Jessica’s grandmother Ruth. I don’t know why Jessica’s father didn’t tell her that, but what he said is what he said. Her mother has been gone for 5 years. Marcus didn’t want to run around and play. He would just sit and talk to his rich friends, but since he was not in his house or in his own city for that matter he did nothing because there was nothing for him to do. The first day they ever met each other and Jessica knew that Marcus was spoiled. She knew from the moment they went outside. He was very uptight and not able to have fun. She didn’t even think he knew what the word fun meant. Now who knows how he would have fun in a big mansion by himself most the time. He has only a few friends, and he had bought there friendship. He is not the person anyone would want to hang out with. Jessica almost thought he was a robot, but she was only 6. She was three months younger than Marcus, but three months was all Marcus needed to make himself feel superior to Jessica. He would tell her what she could do and couldn’t do. He would tell her she can’t go running around. He always yelled at her when she would run through flowers and get petals everywhere. He said she could only smell the flowers. Jessica thought he was being too uptight. Well that’s not the word she used but it is what was meant in what she had thought. In her words it would be “Meanie Head”, but she didn’t know the difference. Marcus also has a young servant boy. His name was Luke. He seemed very nice to Jessica, but she never could talk to him. Young servant boys who are assigned to kids could not talk; they could just do what ever their child they were serving told them to do. Now slavery isn’t supposed to happen, but these people were so rich they could do what ever they want.
Over the years Jessica didn’t like Marcus at all, but once Marcus got older he started to like Jessica. He caught on very fast that Jessica was meant for him. He started to try to hold her hand, kiss her, and just keep her next to him no matter what. Jessica didn’t like this at all. She knew Marcus was an uptight spoiled dick. She didn’t want to be with him at all. Her father became very upset when he realized they didn’t like each other, but money was more important than who she loved.
Jessica’s father finally came to the idea of sending her to live with Marcus and their family for a year. He knew that she would cave in. He hoped anyway. He didn’t really know his daughter, and he never really cared about her just about money.

| it's actually ok. Quite a good idea, though style could be more imaginative. |
