Terri grinned when Chris started dribbling for the goal. She stood by the goal waiting for the right moment to slide and kick the ball away over to Cody. She let Chris think he was going to get a goal then jumped and skid to the bal kicking it away but also tripping him. He fell on top of her, their lips touching (again). Chris pulled away quickly. "You know if you wanted to kiss me so bad you could've just asked," he said, still on top of her.

"Oh. . .get off of me!" she said pushing him off of her and then standing up briskly. She brushed the dirt off of herself and ran over to Cody who was gaping and furiously mad at Chris.

Chris sighed and got up, knowing he was in for a yelling later by Cody. Terri had taken the ball from Cody and was now dribbling the balll to the other goal. Chris jogged past Cody and whispered, "Sorry man. . ."

Cody groaned and ran back to them just as Terri made the goal. She turned around and grinned at the boys. "Now that's how you make a goal!" she said. She heard someone calling her name and looked around to see that the buses had arrived. "Terri!" shouted Claire again. Terri waved and ran over, not noticing a 14 year-old boy staring at her butt.

"What's up?" she said as she got over by Claire.

"What do you mean what's up?" she said. "Everyone saw what happened over by the goal with Chris! Why did you just lay there for like ever?"

"I was kind of dazed and had the wind knocked out of me by him landing on top of me to begin with! I had to breath first to get my body functions going!" said Terri.

"Whatever, just don't do it again or the other guys are going to start making fun of you," Claire stated. "Saying that the only reason you play soccer with them is because of Chris."
