Vampire Behind Closed Doors 10

Damen and Tiffany walked down the road quietly, enjoying the night together. Damen to her a little bit about how vampires lived and some of there very stricked laws.

"We are never aloud to actually kill a person we feed from, we can only talk what we need and no more. Sometimes we have to feed from more than one person a night to satisfy our hunger." he told her pointedly.

"What happens if you do kill a person while feeding?" Tiffany asked, very curiouse.

"The Vampire Generals will hunt us down and we will be killed, or banished, depending on the surcomstances and how many people we have killed. We are aloud to kill to protect ourselves, but we can not take blood to drink from thoughs we do kill."

"How can they tell if you have killed someone?"

"I dont really know the answer to that question, I was never told as a kid, just taught that you are not to do it no mater what."

Tiffany and Damen walked for most of the night talking about how vampires lived, and what it was like to be a vampire.

"It is sometimes a very lonly life, there are not as many vampires as you would think, there are only about 1,845 vampires living now. We are not enmortal, we just live longer than humans, giving us the apperance of emortality. The normal death rate, along with the vampires killed for many reasons lessen our numbers, it is hard to keep up with it."

"I never thought that life as a vampire would be so difficult, I see now why your not in a very big hurry to change me."

As they headed for home, they talked about hoe Damen had lived his life as a vampire and the many addventures that he had faced.
