 When the music started all my brides maides went and then my dad walked me down. He smiled at me and asked "Are you sure your ready?" I would just smile and nod. I WAS ready. I couldnt wait till they said the words "I now pronouce you man and wife." When he said does anyone object, Nick jumped up, "I object!" I looked at him and he came up. "Ashley, I love you. Please dont marry him, marry me." I looked at Derrick who had his hands into fist. "Nick, I do love you, but I love Derrick more. Hes my life, and your my past. I love you, but only as a friend." Nick looked down at his feet and said he understood. Instead of sitting back down he walked out of the church. "Ashley, If call this off, please tell me." Derrick said while holding my hand. "No, Im ready." I said. "Then, I pronouce you man....and wife! You may kiss the bride." He pulled me down and kissed me. Everyone clapped and it felt like there was another heart beat, beating faster then my heart was.

     8 1/2 months later.

 "DERRICK!!!" I yelled from the couch that was now wet from my water breaking. "Yeah?" he said coming around the corner. "The baby." I said in almost a whisper. His eyes got wide as he rushed me off to the car. He ran back in to get my bag and closed the door. As we were going he called the hospital to let the doctor know we were coming. Then he called all of my friends, except Nick. When we got there they gave me a room and told me to eat nothing but ice chips. "What?! I didnt even eat breakfast!" I yelled when they left. "I know, but we have to follow their orders." Derrick said while rubbing my back. When my friends started coming, the room was over flowing with baby gifts.

 When the baby started coming i freaked out. I was a 18 year old girl that was about to have a baby. My breaths got heavier and the pain increased. The doctor kept telling me to push, but i couldnt. I was too tired but in the end i did and i came out with a beautiful baby girl. She had very little black hair and blue eyes, just like me. Her smile was mine but her  nose was Derrick's. As she slept, all my friends left. I was glad to have gone through all of it instead of getting an abortion, and come out with a baby girl, instead of nothing. As i looked down at my girl i fell asleep with Gods gift in my hands.'
