The Fairytale (Part Three!!!)

 Mr. Jackson looked at Shane then to me. "Mr. Davis and Miss Calie since you seem so together you both are going to be partners for the sience fair next month."

I rolled my eyes. Only Mr. Jackson could think of a gay punishment that only a fly would find cruel... wait. A fly wouldn't think it was cruel AT ALL.

"Is that it?" I asked. Mr. Jackson looked concered that her punishment was light.

"You're so cruel, Mr. Jackson!" I cried, "I hate you!" Mr. Jackson grabbed my shoulder. "I'm sorry, Elizabeth was I to hard you and Mr. Davis." I nodded tears falling. Oops I mean FAKE tears. Mr. Jackson looked at Shane who looked like he was FAKE burst in tears.

"You know what?" He said. "You're both off the hook!" Mr. Jackson nodded toward his new class.

"Ehamgawd Ellie!!!" Jody gushed, "Shane Davis totally just smiled at you!!!"

Her surprise stung. Don't get me wrong, I love Jody like a sister, but just because I was 13 and still hadn't gotten my first kiss didn't mean that I didn't talk to guys. However, I shoved my feelings aside.

"I know!!" I gushed back. "And, we were texting THE WHOLE TIME!!!!"

We probably both would have screamed right then and there if it hadn't been for the fact that we were in a very crowded hallway surrounded by other students and teachers that we hardly knew.
