Part 6

Miyuki blinked to clear her vision in the still dark room. She sat up and stretched, wondering where she was. She groaned and brought her fingers to her forehead, and shook her head. She looked around her, still trying to figure out where she was. She was in a large bed with her three friends laying in it around her. Miyuki sighed. She was dizzy and she had a pounding headache. There was no way she was going to be able to figure out anything without her friends.

“Hey, guys,” Miyuki said as she shook all of them awake, “guys, wake up. It’s morning… I think.”

Slowly, one by one, Chiyeko, Manami, and Kimika woke up. They stretched and rubbed their eyes.

Chiyeko mumbled, “What time is it?”

[It is exactly 1:37 pm, Chiyeko.]

“Ugh,” Chiyeko complained. “I have such the worst headache ever. Can we have some painkillers and breakfast, please?”

[Of course, Chiyeko; they will be sent to your room right away.]

“Thanks,” Chiyeko murmured, out of habit. She flicked her fingers and the window’s shade turned from black to clear. The early afternoon sun streamed through the window above Chiyeko’s bed.

Chiyeko yawned and sat up, pulling her comforter up with her. The comforter pulled up, over Manami and Kimika’s heads, making them struggle and laugh. Miyuki giggled and before long, all four girls were hysterical with laughter.

[Your breakfast is here, Chiyeko.]

A large tray carrying almost every breakfast food imaginable came in, the lifters quaking with the weight of it. There were various glasses of juice on it, and next to them were four small white pills. Each girl took a painkiller pill and then started eating their breakfast. By the time they were done, their headaches were gone.

Miyuki stepped off of the bed and stretched her legs before turning to face her friends. “So, what do we want to do today?” she asked.

“Let’s go visit someone,” Kimika said slyly. “It could be fun.”

 

[[i know this is really short... and probably kinda boring too... but i really wanted to get one last chapter posted before i left for my trip! i'm going to be gone for the next 2 weeks... so i'll post the next chapter when i get back! thanks for reading!]]
