Response To Literature

 Firewing was written by Kenneth Oppel and is the third book in the series.  The story begins with Griffin, the son of Shade, a Silverwing bat, and Marina, a Brightwing bat.  Griffin spots some fire and tries to steal it.  Then there is an accident and Griffin’s best friend Luna, catches on fire and dies.  Griffin then goes into the new Tree Haven and goes as far down as he can, which is underground.  Griffin gets sucked down into the underworld through a crack.  Griffin’s father, Shade, goes in after him.  Griffin finds Luna down there and they travel to the Tree, while at the same time trying to avoid Goth the vampyrum spectrum.  Shade finds Griffin and Luna and they get to the Tree, but Goth kills Griffin and then Shade kills himself so that Luna and Griffin could take his life and escape through the Tree.  When Shade goes through, he becomes one with everything and the others get back to their homes.Kenneth Oppel uses figures of speech in the book Firewing to help the reader get a clearer picture in their minds.  “The strange bat smiled at Shade.”  This is personification because bats cannot smile, only people can.  “We’d better get a move on, before we get fried like the old Tree Haven!”  This is hyperbole because it exaggerates the story a little.Firewing was memorable to me because this book made me feel adventurous.  I can’t believe that a scared helpless bat could save many others.  I felt sad when Shade died.  If I were Griffin I’d be very scared in the underworld.  I wonder why Luna’s parents were not angry with Griffin when he accidentally set Luna on fire.  I like the way Kenneth Oppel wrote and put the story together.            Firewing is one of the greatest books I have ever read.  I would recommend it to both boys and girls, but I think boys would understand it better.  I think anywhere from 3^rd graders to 7^th graders would like it.  An interest they should all share though is adventure and of course bats.  Firewing is a great adventure/fantasy story and I’d give it three and a half stars out of four.  There are no sequels to Firewing, but there are two books before it.  Silverwing is the first book to the series.  I recommend that you read this first, then Sunwing, which is the second book in the series.  I recommend that you read Sunwing after Silverwing.  The End Luke’sread my editResponse To Literature Firewing was written by a gay person and is the third book in the series.  The story begins with a Fagot, the son of Micheal Jackson, a gay child molester, and Poo Poo Head, also a gay fagot. the fagot spots some fire and tries to steal it.  Then there is an accident and fagot's best friend jimbo, catches on fire and dies.  fagot then goes into the new Tree Haven and goes as far down as he can, which is underground.  fagot gets sucked down into the underworld through a crack.  fagots's father, micheal jackson, goes in after him to molest him.  fagot finds jimbo down there and they travel to the Tree, while at the same time trying to avoid crap, the vampyrum toilet raider.  micheal jackson finds fagot and jimbo and they get to the Tree, but crap kills fagot and then micheal jackson kills himself so that jimbo and fagot could take his life and escape through the Tree.  When micheal jackson goes through, he becomes one with everything and the others get back to their homes. But we all know what happens after that, they all get raped, molested and druged by micheal jackson.A gay guy uses figures of speech in the book Firewing to help the reader get a clearer picture in their butts.  “The strange fag smiled at micheal jackson.” "We all know what happens next."  This is personification because fags cannot smile, only people can.  “We’d better get a groove on, before we get raped like the old Tree Haven!”  This is hyperbole because it molests the story a little.-"Were learning about hyperbolye and personification in school your smart but so stupid luke."Firewing was memorable to me because this book made me feel like an extremly gay fagot.  I can’t believe that a raped helpless retard could save many others.  I felt sad when micheal jackson died, because i wanted to be molested and raped.  If I were fagot which i am I’d be very scared in the fagworld.  I wonder why jimbo's  parents were not angry with fagot when he accidentally set jimbo on fire.  I like the way some gay guy wrote it and put the fags together.  click icon            Firewing is one of the gayist books I have ever read.  I would recommend it to both boys and gays, but I think gays would understand it better.  I think anywhere from 13^rd graders to .5^th graders would like it.  An interest they should all share though is molestation and of raping.  Firewing is a great gay story and I’d give it zero and a half stars out of four.  There are no strait people in Firewing, but there are two books before it.  butt raider is the first book to the series.  I recommend that you rape this first, then wicked fagot of the east, which is the second book in the series.  I recommend that you read blah blah after blah blah blah.
