"Baby, Im home!" Elijah yelled as he walked through the front door, coming home from work. "Krissy? Where are you?" Krissy finally heard him and said, "Shhh... Mckenzie's down for her nap, shes not feeling to good, I think shes getting a cold." "Ohh, she told me last night her tummy wasnt feelin good." "Yeah," Krissy said as she looked down at the ground. "Is everything all right?" Elijah asked as he pulled her towards him. "Yeah, yeah everythings fine. Really, Im just ..... Im just tired I guess, I think I'll go lie down for a little bit." Eliajh didnt buy it. He knew when something was wrong. He would get this gut feeling that something was bothering her. And right now, his gut feeling was coming. He stopped her from walking away by grabbing her arm gently. "Baby, Whats wrong?" He asked so sincere. "Ok, come here I....I have something to show you." He could tell she was nervouse because she was hesitating between her words. he looked confused. What could she possibly be nervous about, and was it the something she had to show him that she was nervouse about? "OK..." Elijah finally got out. He followed her upstairs, into thier bedroom, and into the master bath. She grabbed something on the back of the toilet and sat down. She closed her eyes as she held the stick looking thing out towards Elijah. He grabbed it. Once it was out of her hand she opened her eyes. Elijah gasped, "Oh my God, we're gonna have a baby!!??" He had the biggest smile on. Krissy jumped up and jumped into his arms. "Yes we're gonna have a baby!" She said as she cried tears of joy. He cried to. They we making so much noise, they didnt notice McKenzie standing in the door way. Elijah finally noticed and put Krissy down. "Hey baby, Im sorry, did i wake you?" "Daddy, why are you crying?" She said looking so sad. "Oh, daddys not crying sweet heart hes happy" "Why are you happy?" Krissy looked at him. She walked over and took McKenzies hand and led her to the bad and sat down with her next to her. "Look Mckenzie.." she started as she placed McKenzies small hand on her tummy. "Theres a baby in here, would you like to have a baby sister or brother?" McKenzie laughed, "Your funny, there no baby in there." Krissy and Elijah just smiled and laughed.
A few monthes went by and it was time to find out what they were having. They took McKenzie along to show her too. Both, Krissy and Elijah waited impatiently in the waiting room. She finally got called back to the room. Krissy had a small stomach already. Bigger then any other women who was only 3 monthes along. She walked into the room and layed on the bed. Elijah stood beside her and held her hand as the doctor put the gooey stuff on her stomache. McKenzie stood by her daddy, holding on to his leg. The doctor took out the ultrasound kit and began searching for the baby. Krissy and Elijahs eyes were both glued to the screen, waiting for the doctor to say something. "Well, heres the head and you can see the spine..." the doctor said as her finger moved along the screen showing them what she was talking about." Here are the legs, but wait....." The doctor stopped talking. "Whats wrong is everything all right?" Krissy asked, concerned to why the doctor stopped talking. " Yes everything is fine, But you can see that there are four legs here.You are having twins." Krissy began to cry and so did Elijah, he leaned over and kissed Krissys head. "Boys girls, what?" Elijah said. He was very happy to hear about the twins, but he wanted to know what they were." Well you can see that there is nothing between the legs. Congratulations, you are having twin girls"
